" दि बैंक ऑफ टोकियो मित्सुबिशी लि. " शब्दों के स्थान पर " दि बैंक ऑफ टोकियो मित्सुबिशी यूएफजे , लि. " शब्द होंगे ।

बनाए गएलोक ऋण नियमावली, 1946 के नियम 18 के अनुसरण , नवम्बर 2005 को समाप्त माह के लिए निम्नलिखित सूची खो गई आदि ऐसी प्रतिभूतियों के बारे में एतद्वारा विज्ञापित की जाती है, जिसके संबंध में इस बात का विश्वास करने के लिए प्रथम दृष्टया आधार मौजूद है कि प्रतिभूतियां खो गयी हैं और आवेदकों का दावा न्यायोचित है । नीचे लिखे गये संबंधित दावेदारों से इतर सभी व्यक्ति जिनका प्रतिभूतियों पर किसी प्रकार का दावा हो, तत्काल महाप्रबंधक, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, सरकारी और बैंक लेखा विभाग , केन्द्रीय ऋण प्रभाग , मुंबई-400 008 को संसूचित करें ।

सं. 28-13/2005- आयु. -- भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद अधिनियम 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 36 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्ध ( झ ) और ( ट) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व स्वीकृति से भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद ( भारतीय चिकित्सा में शिक्षा के न्यूनतम मानक ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम 1989 में आगे संशोधन करते हुए निम्न विनियमों का निमार्ण करती है, यथा-- 1. (क) इन विनियमों को भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( भारतीय चिकित्सा में शिक्षा के न्यूनतम मानक ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम 2005 कहा जाएगा । (2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद ( भारतीय चिकित्सा में शिक्षा के न्यूनतम मानक ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 1989 की प्रथम अनुसूची में-- (i ) पैराग्राफ 2 में उप- पैराग्राफ ( i ) के लिए निम्नलिखित कों प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , यथा : --
" भौतिक शास्त्र, रसायन शास्त्र और जीव विज्ञान विषयों में एकत्रित रूप में कम से कम 50% प्राप्ताको साहेत 12 वीं कक्षा " ( ii ) (क ) पैराग्राफ 8.1 में उप- पैराग्राफ ( i ) के पश्चात् तथापि से प्रारम्भ होकर अनुमति होगी तक समाप्त होने वाले अनुच्छेद के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , यथाः--
" बशर्ते दो से अधिक विषयों में अनुत्तीर्ण छात्र अगले सत्र में जाने का पात्र नहीं होगा । "
(ख) उप- पैराग्राफ ( ii ) के मद संख्या ( 2 ) के लिए अष्टांग संग्रह ( सूत्रस्थान ) शब्दों और कोष्ठ के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , यथाः--
" अष्टांग हृदयम् ( सूत्र स्थानम्) "
( 3) पैराग्राफ 12 में मद संख्या 4 के सम्मुख अष्टांग संग्रह शब्दों के लिए " अष्टांग हृदयम्" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(4) पैराग्राफ 13.1 में मद संख्या 4 तथा तत्सम्बन्धित अन्दराज के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ,

CENTRAL COUNCIL OF INDIAN MEDICINE

No. 28-13/2005 -Ay-In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (i) and (k) of Sub-section ( 1) of Section 36 of IndianMedicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Council of Indian Medicine, with the previous sanction ofthe Central Government, hereby make the following Regulation to further amend the Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards of Education in. Indian Medicine ) ( Amendment) , Regulations 1989, namely:-
1. ( i) These Regulations may be called the Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards ofEducation in Indian Medicine) (Amendment) Regulations , 2005.
( ii) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule 1 to the Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards of Education in Indian Medicine ) (Amendment) Regulation 1989 .
( i) in paragraph 2, for sub paragraph (1 ) , the following shall be substituted, namely:-
" 12th Standard with Science with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics , Chemistry and Biology."
( ii) ( a) in paragraph 8.1 , after sub -paragraph ( i) , for the words beginning with, however, and ending with examination", the following shall be substituted, namely:---
"Provided, a student failed in more than two subjects shall not be eligible to keep the term" .
(b) in sub-paragraph ( ii ) for the item number (2 ) for the words and brackets , "Ashtang Sangraha (Sutrasthan) " the following shall be substituted, namely:--
"Ashtang Hridayam ( Sutrasthanam) "
3. In parapgraph 12 , against item number 4, for words " Ashtang Sangraha " the words "Ashtang Hridayam " shall be substituted.
4. Inparagraph 13.1 , for item number 4, and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:- "4.AshtangHridayam" "90"
