It has therefore , become necessary to assign the above so as to enable the said Bye - laws a distinct identity on the statute book . Since the said Bye- laws are already in force and effect from the date of approval by the Forward Markets Commission vide letter no . 2/ 1 / 2000-1 / 1 /2003 NCDEX/ FMC dated 3rd December , 2003, it is certified that no person shall be prejudicially affected by this amendment by which is carried out only for sake of clarification.
