( मुंबई )चि.-2--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम-105 के अधीन निगम की शक्तियां महानिदेशक कोप्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल , 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गए संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश सं. 1024(जी) दिनांक 23.5.1983 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टर को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो, वरिष्ठ राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्यपरीक्षा करने तथा मूल प्रमाण- पत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण - पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूं।

कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य ) विनियम , 1950 के विनियम 95- क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा-46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 जनवरी , 2006 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम 95- क तथा राजस्थान कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ राजस्थान राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाऐंगे , अर्थात : -
जिला- जयपुर तहसील- सांगानेर के राजस्व ग्राम बलरामपुरा उर्फ खेजड़ों का बास , झालानाचोड़ , देवरी , सांगानेर सुखालपुरा और मान्यावास उर्फ नन्दकिशोरपुरा के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र जिसमें राजस्थान आवासन मण्डल की मानसरोवर कॉलोनी शामिल हैं ।
