यह अधिसूचना डा . एच. के बंसल बनाम भारत संघ एवं अन्य के मामले में मूल आवेदन सं. 02/2002 में माननीय केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण/इलाहाबाद के दिनांक 30.7.2004 के आदेश के अनुसरण में जारी की गई हैं ।
