का.नि.आ. 32.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनरल स्टाफ प्रणाली शाखा, पूर्वकमान और दक्षिण कमान मुख्यालय के आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक श्रेणी ' ग ' और आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक ' ख ' समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2003 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जनरल स्टाफ प्रणाली शाखा, पूर्व कमान और दक्षिण कमान मुख्यालय के आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक श्रेणी ' ग ' और आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक श्रेणी ' ख ' के समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2005 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. जनरल स्टाफ प्रणाली शाखा, पूर्व कमान और दक्षिण कमान मुख्यालय के आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक श्रेणी ' ग ' और आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक श्रेणी ' ख ' के समूह श्रेणी ' ग ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2003 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ 5 में , स्तंभ शीर्षक के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्ः-

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the General Staff Systems Branch , Headquarters Eastern Command and Southern Command Group ' C' posts of Data Entry Operator Grade ' C' and Data Entry Operator Grade ' B ' Recruitment Rules, 2003 , namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Genreal Staff Systems Branch, Headquarters Eastern Command and Southern Command Group ' C ' posts of Data Entry Operator Grade ' C ' and Data Entry Operator Grade ' B ' Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2005 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In theGeneral Staff Systems Branch, Headquarters Eastern Command and Southern Command Group ' C ' posts ofData Entry Operator Grade ' C ' and Data Entry Operator Grade 'B ' Recruitment Rules , 2003 , in the Schedule , in column 5, for the column heading, the following shall be substituted , namely: -

का.नि.आ. 33.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर , निदेशालय और प्रशिक्षण स्थापन कार्यालय अधीक्षक भर्ती नियम , 2003 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called National Cadet Corps, Directorates and Training Establishments Office Superintendent Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2005 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

का.नि.आ. 34.-राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन, रक्षा मंत्रालय , समूह ' ग ' ( प्रशासन ) पद भर्ती नियम, 1998 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: - 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन, रक्षा मंत्रालय , समूह ' ग ' (प्रशासन ) पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2006 है ।
(ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन, रक्षा मंत्रालय, समूह ' ग' ( प्रशासन ) पद भर्ती नियम, 1998 की अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 4 के सामने पद प्रशासनिक सहायक ' क ' से संबंधित है के अधीन स्तंभ 9 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि अंतः स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

( i ) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यालय या बोर्ड से मैट्रिक ( 10वीं) पास;

कम्प्यूटर चलाने का ज्ञान या ' ओ' स्तर का कंप्यूटर पाठयक्रम उत्तीर्ण " ।

S.R.O. 34. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence , Group ' C' (Administration) Posts Recruitment Rules, 1998, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.- ( i ) These rules may be called the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, Group ' C' ( Administration ) Posts Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules, 2006.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the schedule to the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, Group ' C ' (Adıninistration) Posts Recruitment Rules , 1998 , against the post at serial number 4, relating to Administrative Assistant ' A' under Column 9, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"Essential:
(i) Matriculation ( 10th ) pass from a recognized School or Board;
(ii) Accurate typing in English at the speed of 30 words per minute or in Hindi at the speed of 25 words per minute;
Or
Accurate typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour for Data entry in the computer.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer operation or pass in computer course at ' O ' level " .

का.नि.आ. 35.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास सेवा नियम, 1979 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास सेवा ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2006 है ।
(ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास सेवा नियम, 1979 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 8 में:-
(क) उप नियम ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) में और उप नियम ( 2 ) के खंड ( क) में " ' ज ' ( उत्कृष्ट वैज्ञानिक ) ", पद, जहां जहां आता है , के स्थान पर क्रमशः वैज्ञानिक ' ज' ( उत्कृष्ट वैज्ञानिक ) या विशिष्ट वैज्ञानिक शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
(ख) उपनियम ( 2 ) के खंड (च) में " उन मामलों को छोड़कर " शब्दों के स्थान पर वैज्ञानिक "' ज ' ( उत्कृष्ट वैज्ञानिक ) और विशिष्ट वैज्ञानिक के मामले को छोड़कर " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
(ग) उप नियम (2 ) में विद्यमान खंड ( छ ) को खंड ( ज) के रूप में पुनः अक्षरांकित किया जाएगा तथा इस प्रकार पुनः अक्षरांकित खंड ( ज ) से पूर्व निम्नलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" ( झ ) वैज्ञानिक ' ज ' ( उत्कृष्ट वैज्ञानिक ) तथा विशिष्ट वैज्ञानिक के ग्रेड में पदोन्नतियां , सक्षम प्राधिकारी के सम्यक् अनुमोदन के पश्चात् पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगी " ।
3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची 1 घ में , टिप्पण 2 पर की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्: - " विशिष्ट वैज्ञानिक का ग्रेड प्रदत्त करने के लिए, पीयर समिति उपरोक्त ( i ) से ( iv ) पर यथा सूचीबद्ध से मिलकर बनेगी । " 4. उक्त नियमों की विद्यमान अनुसूची 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

S.R.O. 35. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules futher to amend the Defence Research and Development Service Rules , 1979 , namely:-- 1. (i) These rules may be called the Defence Research and Development Service (Amendment) Rules , 2006 .
(ii) They shall come into force on the data of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In schedule to the Defence Research and Development Servicc Rules , 1979 (hereinafter referred as the said rules) , in rule 8 ,-
(a) in clause (b ) of sub - rule ( 1 ) and in Clause (a) of sub - rule (2 ) , for the term " ' H ' (Outstanding Scientist) " , wherever it occurs , the term " Scientist ' H ' ( Outstanding Scientist ) or distinguished Scientist " shall respectively be substituted;
(b) In sub-rule (2 ) , in clause (f) for words " except in those cases " , the words " except in the case of Scientist 'H' (Outstanding Scientist ) and Distinguished Scientist " shall be inserted;

(c) In sub - rule (2 ) , the existing clause (g ) shall be re- lettered as clause (h) and before clause (h), as so re -lettered, the following clause shall be inserted namely:-
"(g) Promotions to the grade of Scientist ' H' ( Outstanding Scientist ) and Distinguished Scientist shall be effective from the date of assumption of charge of the post after due approval of the competent authority " .
3. In the said rules , in the Schedule ID , for the entryat Note 2, the following entry shall be substituted , namely: ----
"For conferring the grade of Distinguished Scientist , the Peer Committee shall comprise as listed at ( i ) to ( iv) as above".
