मिसिल सं. 17-1/98- पी. सी. आई. भारत के राजपत्र संख्या 45 , भाग- III, खण्ड4 दिनांक 7.11.1998 में पृष्ठ संख्या 3813 ( डिप्लोमा के लिए) पर प्रकाशित भारतीय भेषजी परिषद् के 64 वें अधिवेशन सितम्बर 1998 में पारित संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है : -- पृष्ठसंख्या 3813 (डिप्लोमा के लिए), प्रस्ताव संख्या 64/पी. सी. आई/ 1114 में श्री बजरंग कॉलेज ऑफ फार्मेसी, दीग ( भरतपुर ) राजस्थान, के पैरा (2) में :--
केस्थान पर:--
(2 ) भेषजी अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 8 ) की धारा 12 की उपधारा ( 2 ) में विहित प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में भारतीय भेषजी परिषद्, रजिस्ट्रार, राजस्थानविश्वविद्यालय, जयपुर-302001 ( राजस्थान) द्वारा उपरोक्त सत्र तक आयोजित फार्मेसी में डिप्लोमा परीक्षा को, इस अधिनियम के अधीन भेषजज्ञके रूप में पंजीकरण के लिए अर्हित होने के प्रयोजनार्थ अनुमोदित परीक्षा घोषित करती है ।

(2 ) भेषजी अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 8 ) की धारा 12 की उपधारा ( 2 ) में विहित प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में भारतीय भेषजी परिषद्, निबन्धक, तकनीकी शिक्षा समिति, राजस्थान, जोधपुर ( 1996-97 शैक्षणिक सत्र से पहले ) और निबन्धक, राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय, जयपुर -302001 (राजस्थान ) ( 1996-97 सत्र से आगे ) द्वारा उपरोक्त सत्र तक आयोजित फार्मेसी में डिप्लोमा परीक्षा को, इस अधिनियम के अधीन भेषजज्ञ के रूप में पंजीकरण के लिए अर्हित होने के प्रयोजनार्थ अनुमोदित परीक्षा घोषित करती है ।

CORRIGENDUM
Ref. No. 17-1 /98 -PCI . In the notification of resolution passed in the 64th meeting of the Pharmacy Council of India held in Sept. , 1998 and published in the Gazette of India , No. 45, Part- III , Section 4, dt . 7.11.1998 , Page No. 3847 ( for Diploma) the following corrigendum is issued:-
On Page No. 3847 ( for Diploma), Resolution No. 64/PCI/ 1114 in resepect of Shri Bajrang College of Pharmacy, Deeg (Bharatpur), Rajasthan in the para (2 ) .
For:-
(2) In pursuance of the provisions of sub -section (2) of section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 ( 8 of 1948) , the Pharmacy Council of India declares the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy held by the Registrar, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur- 302001 (Rajasthan) during the session mentioned above to be an approved examination for the purpose of qualifying for registration as a Pharmacist under the said Act.

(2) Inpursuance of the provisions of sub - section (2) of section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 ( 8 of 1948), the Pharmacy Council of India declares the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy held by the Registrar, Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan , Jodhpur (prior to 1996-97 academic session) and Registrar, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur - 302001 (Rajasthan) (from 1996-97 session onwards) to be an approved examination for the purpose of qualifying for registration as a Pharmacist under the said Act .
