मैसर्स कारिस्मैटिक रिसर्च लैब्स प्रा . लि. के लेनदारों की दिनांक 09.03.2006 को दोपहर 12.15 बजे , कम्पनी के पंजीकृत कार्यालय 101, प्रगति चैम्बर, रंजीत नगर कमर्शियल काम्पलेक्स, नई दिल्ली-110008 में आयोजित बैठक में निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव ( प्रस्तावों ) पर विचार कर पारित किया गयाः

यह प्रस्ताव भी किया जाता है कि श्री जी. आर. अरोरा , भागीदार, मेसर्स हिंगोरानी एमः एण्ड कम्पनी , चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेंट्स, 35 , नेताजी सुभाष मार्ग, दरियोगंज, नई दिल्ली-110002 को 10,000/- रु. तथा कर्तव्यों के निर्वाहन के संबंध में 'उनके द्वारा किए गए वास्तविक खर्च पर कम्पनी का परिसमापक को कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 512 तथा 546 के साथ धारा 457 ( भी पढ़ें ) के तहत उनके सभी अधिकारों के इस्तेमाल के लिए प्राधिकृत किया जाता है ।
