का.नि.आ. 46.-सेना अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 46 ) की धारा-8 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केंद्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा महानिरीक्षक असम राइफल ( दक्षिण ) को, जो ऐसे सेना संगठन का समादेशन करने वाला अफसर है जो केंद्रीय सरकार की राय में एक डिविजन से कम नहीं है , ऐसे अफसर के रूप में विहित करती है जो ऐसी शक्तियों का जिनका किसी डिविजन के समादेशन करने वाले अफसर द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रयोग किया जा सकेगा , उन व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, जो अधिनियम के अधीन हैं और जो उसके अधीन सेवा कर रहे हैं, प्रयोग करेगा ।

का.नि.आ. 47.-राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए वैमानिकी गुणता आश्वासन महानिदेशालय , रक्षा उत्पादन और आपूर्ति विभाग , ट्रेड्समैन और परीक्षक समूह ' ग ' और ' घ ' ( औद्योगिक पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2001 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. वैमानिकी गुणता आश्वासन महानिदेशालय , रक्षा उत्पादन और आपूर्ति विभाग , ट्रेड्समैन और परीक्षक समूह ' ग' और ' घ ' ( औद्योगिक पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2001 की अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 2 के सामने आने वाले पद के स्थान पर-
(i ) स्तंभ 2 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:

*कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है । ( ii ) स्तंभ 11 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:

(ii ) प्रोन्नति द्वारा दस प्रतिशत। "

S.R.O. 47. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance , Department of Defence Production and Supplies , Tradesman and Examiner Group ' C ' and ' D ' ( Industrial Posts ) Recruitment Rules, 2001 , namely :---
1. Short title and commencement : ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance , Department of Defence Production Tradesman and Examiner Group ' C ' and ' D ' ( Industrial Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2005 .
(2) The shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production and Supplies , Tradesman and Examiner Group 'C' and ' D ' ( Industrial Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2001 , against the post appearing at serial number 2,-- (i ) for the entries under column 2, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :---

*Subject to variation dependent upon workload" ;
[PART II- SEC . 4] ( ii) for the entries under column 11 , the following entries shall be substituted, namely : ----
"(i) Ninety per cent by direct recruitment ; and (ii) Ten per cent by promotion . "

का.नि.आ. 48. केन्द्रीय सरकार, रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम , 1903 ( 1903 का 7) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा करती है कि संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि , जो उत्तरांचल राज्य में रक्षा कृषि अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला (डीएआरएल.) , पिथौरागढ़ -262501 की भूमि के आस- पास है , के उपयोग और उपभोग पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड ( ग ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रतिबंध लगाना आवश्यक है, जिससे कि उक्त भूमि को भवन निर्माण और अन्य अवरोधों से मुक्त रखा जा सके।
2. उक्त भूमि का रेखाचित्र जिला कलक्टर कार्यालय , पिथौरागढ़, उत्तरांचल में देखा जा सकता है ।

S.R.O. 48. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Works ofDefence Act , 1903 ( 7 of 1903 ) , the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose restrictions specified in clause (c) of Section 7 of the said Act, upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule hereto annexed, being land lying in the vicinity ofDefence Agricultural Research Laboratory (DARL) Pithoragarh - 262 501 , in the State of Uttaranchal , in order that the said land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions .
2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the Office of the District Collector, Pithoragarh , Uttaranchal .
SCHEDULE
All the land comprised in the area lying within a distance of Twenty five meters from the crest of the outer parapet of the Defence Agricultural Research Laboratory (DARL) Pithoragarh - 262501 , in the State ofUttaranchal .
