(ख ) तदर्थ व्यवस्था तब तक चलती रहेगी तब तक कि वरिष्ठता कोटा/सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के जरिए अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नहीं होते । अगर तदर्थ रूप से नियुक्त व्यक्ति नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु इन दोनों श्रेणियों में अर्हत नहीं होते, तो उन्हें ऐसे नियमित अधिकारी उपलब्ध होने पर सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।

सं. ए-12023/01 / 2006- व्य-1. राष्ट्रपति , रक्षा मंत्रालय के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा की नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी श्रीमती वी. रूंगसुंग को 30 जनवरी, 2006 की पूर्वाह्न से औद्योगिक नीति संवर्धन विभाग में तदर्थ आधार पर अवर सचिव ( केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा का ग्रेड-1 ) के रूप में नियुक्तकरते हैं ।

अवर सचिव के रूप में उक्त अधिकारी की तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उन्हें उस ग्रेड में अनिश्चितकाल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड- I ( अवर सचिव ) में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा । इसके अलावा, इस नियुक्ति पर कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के दिनांक • 17 जनवरी, 2006 के आदेश सं. 21 / 124/2005-सी.एस. - 1 में निर्धारित की गई शर्तें भी लागू होंगी ।

सं. ए-12023/7/2001- व्य -1. इस विभाग के दिनांक 22.5.2003 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के अनुक्रम में, राष्ट्रपति श्री मोती राम को 9.05.2004 से 18.05.2006 तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले होगा, तदर्थ आधार पर और दो वर्षों के लिए औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय में अनुसंधान अधिकारी के तौर पर नियुक्तकरते हैं ।

उपर्युक्तनियुक्ति का आदेश पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर किया गया है और इससे संबंधित अधिकारी को उक्त पद पर अनिश्चितकाल तक बने रहने अथवा वरिष्ठता या स्थायीकरण , आदि का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा । सरकार के पास बिना कोई कारण बताये , अथवा संबंधित अधिकारी कोकोई नोटिस आदि दिए बिना तदर्थ नियुक्ति को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है ।
