सं. ई -11011/5/2004- हिन्दी-4-- भारत सरकार में वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्वविभाग ) के राजस्व एवं व्यय विभागों की संयुक्त हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के पुनर्गठन संबंधी दिनांक 11 अप्रैल, 2005 के संकल्प संख्या ई . 11011/5/2005-हिन्दी-4 में भारत सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :--
1. क्रम संख्या 2 पर वर्तमान प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:
उपाध्यक्ष" " वित्त राज्य मंत्री ( राजस्व)
2. क्रम सं. 2 पर प्रविष्टि के बाद निम्नलिखित को शामिल किया जाएगा:
" 3. वित्त राज्य मंत्री ( व्यय , बैंकिग एवं बीमा ) उपाध्यक्ष " 3. क्रम सं. 3 से 17 तक वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों को पुनः 4 से 18 की संख्या दी जाएगी ।
4. क्रम सं. 18 पर वर्तमान प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा और 19 के रूप में पुनः संख्या दी जाएगी: " 19. संयुक्त सचिव ( राजस्व)

गदेश दिया जाता है कि संकल्प की प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , संसदीय राजभाषा समिति , योजना आयोग, भारत के नियंत्रक महालेखा परीक्षक , केन्द्रीय राजस्व लेखा परीक्षा निदेशक और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों एवं विभागों को भेजी जाए । यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को आम जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकशित किया जाए ।

सं. 4(2)/97 -खान -1 ( . ) केन्द्रीय भूवैज्ञानिक कार्यक्रम बोर्ड (सीजीपीबी ) की 7 उप- समितियों के गठन से संबंधित इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2002 तथा 2 जून, 2003 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के अनुक्रम में , निम्नलिखित कार्यालय /संगठनों/विभागों को उनके सामने उल्लिखित अनुसार, सीजीपीबी का उप- समितियों में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया गया है :

उप-समितिसमूह- III में टाटास्टील
उप-समितिसमूह- III में इसके अतिरिक्त, केन्द्रीय मुख्यालय, भारतीय भूवैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण (जीएसआई ) के निदेशक ( पीएण्डएम ) अथवा उनके प्रतिनिधि को सभी उप-समितियों में शामिल करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया है ।

No. E- 11011 /5/ 2004-Hindi -4. In the Resolution of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) Number E - 11011 / 5 /2004 -Hindi -4 dated 11th April, 2005 regarding re - constitution of the Joint Salahkar Samiti of the Department of Revenue and Expenditure , the Government of India makes the following amendments :---
1. The existing entry at serial number 2 shall be substituted by the following:

2. After the entry at serial number 2, the following shall be inserted:
