सं. एल -11011/4/2004- एल एंड एम-इस विभाग के दिनांक 11 नवम्बर, 2005 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के संदर्भ में तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से सहकारी समितियों की उपलब्धियों की समीक्षा करने के लिए गठित सहकारी समिति विषयक उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति का समय एतद्वारा 9.3.2006 के पश्चात् और चार माह के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि संकल्प की प्रति सभी संबंधित व्यक्तियों को भेजी जाये । यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि संकल्प को सामान्य सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाये ।

सं. एफ. 9-19-2000- यू. 3 ( ए) विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर के. एल . ई . एकेडमी ऑफ हायर एज्युकेशन एण्डरिसर्च, बेलगाम ( कर्नाटक ) जिसमें ( i) के. एल.ई . सोसाइटी का जवाहरलाल नेहरू मेडिकल कालेज, बेलगाम तथा ( ii) के. एल.ई. सोसाइटी का इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ डेंटल साईंसेज, बेलगाम शामिल है , को उनके राजीव गांधी यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ हेल्थ साईंसेज , बंगलौर से असम्बद्ध होने की तिथि से उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्यार्थ अनन्तिम रूप से पांच वर्ष के लिए सम-विश्वविद्यालय घोषित करती है । यह विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग द्वारा नियुक्त. समीक्षा समिति द्वारा की गई समीक्षा पर निर्भर करेगा । भारत सरकार अथवा विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग एकेडमी को कोई योजनागत अथवा योजनेतर अनुदान उपलब्ध नहीं कराएंगे ।

सं. एफ 4-1/2005- यू. 3 जबकि संगम ज्ञापन के नियम 3 तथा भारतीय दार्शनिक अनुसंधान परिषद्, नई दिल्ली की नियमावली के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार परिषद् को संकल्प संख्या एफ. 4-1/2005 -यू. 3 दिनांक 21 मार्च, 2006 द्वारा भारतीय दार्शनिक अनुसंधान परिषद् के रूप में पुनर्गठित करती है ।
1. भारत सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 21.3.06 के उपर्युक्त संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:--
(क) अध्यक्ष

प्रतिस्थापित किया आए उन्हें 6.6.2003 से तीन प्रो. किरीट जोशी , अध्यक्ष , भारतीय दार्शनिक वर्षों की अवधि हेतु द्वितीय

अनुसंधान परिषद् की अवधि 21.3.06अर्थात् उपर्युक्त संकल्प की तारीख से प्रभावी नहीं

सं. एफ 4-1/ 2006 - यू. 3 -- भारतीय दार्शनिक अनुसंधान परिषद, नई दिल्ली की नियमावली तथा विनियमों में शामिल उपबंधों अनुसार आंध्र विश्वविद्यालय के भूतपूर्व कुलपति तथा आंध्र राज्य उच्चतर शिक्षा परिषद् के भूतपूर्व अध्यक्ष प्रो. के. रामाकृष्ण राव को वर्तमान अध्यक्ष की 5 जून, 2006 को अवधि समाप्त होने के पश्चात्, उसके पदभार संभालने कीतिथि से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए भारतीय दार्शनिक अनुसंधान परिषद्, नईदिल्ली के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाता है ।

No. F. 9-19/2000- U. 3 (A) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act , 1956 , the Central Government , on the advice of the University Grants Commission, herebydaclare the K.L.E. Academy of Higher Education ' and Research , Belgaum (Karnataka) consisting of (i ) K.L.E. Society's Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum and (ii) K.L.E. Society's Institute of Dental Sciences, Belgaum as Deemed to be University for the purpose of the aforesaid Act provisionally for a period of five years from the date K.L.E. Academy of Higher Education and Research stands disaffiliated from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences , Bangalore . This is subject to review by a Review Committee to be appointed by the University Grants Commission (UGC) . Government of India or the University Grants Commission will not provide any Plan or Non Plan grantsto the Academy.

No. F. 4-1/2006-U. 3. In terms of the provisions contained in Rule 10 of the Rules and Regulations of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research ( ICPR) , New Delhi , Prof. K. Ramakrishna Rao , former Vice Chancellor, Andhra University and former Chairman ofthe Andhra State Council ofHigher Education is appointed as the Chairman of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research , New Delhi for a period of three years from the date he assumes charge of the post after the expiry of the term of the present Chairman on the 5th June, 2006 .
