एस. ओ . ओएसआर/ 1 /2006 बैंककारी कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1970 (1970 का 5) की धारा 12 की उप - धारा (2) के साथ पठित धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यूको बैंक का निदेशक मंडल भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से बैंक (अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1970 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:-
i) ये विनियम यूको बैंक (अधिकारी) सेवा (संशोधन) विनियम, 2005 कहलाएंगे ।
ii) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. यूको बैंक ( अधिकारी) सेवा विनियम, 1979 में विनियम 6 के उप- विनियम (2) के लिए निम्नलिखित उप -विनियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" (2) उप विनियम (1 ) के अंतर्गत आने वाले पदों के प्रवर्गीकरण के प्रयोजन के लिए , बैंक की प्रत्येक शाखा बैंक के बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदित किए जाने वाले मानदंडों के अनुसार वर्गीकृत की जाएगी। "

कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य) विनियम , 1950 के विनियम 95- क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34) की धारा-46 (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 मई , 2006 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम 95- क तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाऐंगे , अर्थात: -

एच.आर.डी./पी-IV /1 (5)/98/आर.आर. कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबन्ध अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 5 घ की उप धारा 7(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय बोर्ड गजट अधिसूचना संख्या पी- IV/ 1 (5 )/98 /आर. आर. दिनांक 01 जून, 2002 के द्वारा कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (आंचलिक लेखा परीक्षा अधिकारी) भर्ती नियम, 2002 में संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
(1 ) ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (आंचलिक लेखा परीक्षा अधिकारी) संशोधन भर्ती नियम, 2006 कहलायेंगे ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(3) कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि (आंचलिक लेखा परीक्षा अधिकारी) भर्ती नियम, 2002 के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची की कॉलम-12 के अन्तर्गत उप पैराग्राफ (iii ) में वाक्य के अन्त में " तथा " शब्द के स्थान पर 'या' शब्द को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा तथा (ख ) से पहले (iii ), के बाद ( IV) के रूप में निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जायेगा: -
(IV) 5500-9000 रूपए के वेतनमान में सात वर्ष की नियममित सेवा तथा

S.O.OSR/ 1 / 2006 in exercise of the powers conferred by Section- 19 read with Sub- section ( 2) of Section -12. of the Banking Companies ( Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings ) Act. 1970 (5 of 1970) , the Board of Directors of UCO Bank in consultation with Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government , hereby makes the following amendments to the Bank Officers' Service Regulations 1979 , namely : - .
1. Short title and commencement : -
i) These Regulations may be called the UCO Bank ( Officers' ) Service (Amendment) Regulations 2005.
ii) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the UCO Bank ( Officers' ) Service Regulations , 1979, for Sub- Regulation ( 2) of Regulation-6 , the following Sub- Regulation shall be substituted namely:
"(2) For the purpose of categorisation of the posts under Sub-Regulation ( 1 ) , every branch of the Bank shall be classified by the Bank, in accordance with the criteria to be approved by the Board of the Bank. "
