सं० ई -11011 /5/2004 हिन्दी-4 : भारत सरकार में वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) के राजस्व एवं व्यय विभागों की संयुक्त हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के पुनर्गठन संबंधी दिनांक 11 अप्रैल, 2005 के संकल्प संख्या ई0 11011/5/ 2004- हिन्दी-4 में भारत सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: -
1. क्रम संख्या 26 पर वर्तमान प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :

जबकि भारत सरकार ने दिनांक 28 सितंबर , 2005 को भारतीय उच्च अध्ययन संस्थान, सोसायटी, शिमन्त्रा का पुनर्गठन किया है । प्रो . रूपा बी. शाह, जो कि भारतीय उच्च अध्ययन संस्थान , सोसायटी की एक नामित सदस्य थीं , द्वारा ' श्रीमती नाथीबाई दामोदर ठाकरसे महिला विश्वविद्यालय , मुम्बई' के कुलपति पद से त्यागपत्र देने के कारण एक पद रिक्त हो गया है । तद्नुसार , भारतीय उच्च अध्ययन संस्थान सोसायटी , शिमला के नियमों और विनियमों के नियम 3 (ख ) (i ) के प्रावधान के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतद्वारा डा . पंजाब सिंह , कुलपति, बनारस हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय , वाराणसी को प्रो. रूपा बी . शाह द्वारा रिक्त किए गए पद की शेष कार्यावधि के लिए सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सावर्जनिक सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

संख्या 14/1 /2004- हिन्दी- जल संसाधन मंत्रालय की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के गैर सरकारी सदस्य श्री लक्षमण दास चतुर्वेदी के 30.4.2006 को आकस्मिक निधन के कारण इंस समिति से उनकी सदस्यता तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त की जाती है ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक- एक प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, सभी राज्य सरकारों तथा संघ राज्य प्रशासनों राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसदीय कार्य विभाग, लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों को भेज दी जाए ।

संख्या क्यू- 16012/2/2005- ई.एस.ए. (डब्ल्यू. ई.): जबकि श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 12 मई , 2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या क्यू 16012/2/2005- ई.एस.ए. Due to demitting of office of the Vice - Chancellor of ' Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University , Mumbai , by Prof. Rupa B. Shah , who was a nominated member on the IIAS Society, a vacancy has now arisen . Accordingly, in accordance with the provision of Rule 3 ( b ) ( i ) of the Rules and Regulations of the IIAS Society , Shimla , the Government of India hereby nominates Dr. Panjab Singh , Vice- Chancellor , Banaras Hindu University , Varanasi as a member for the unexpired term of the membership vacated by Prof. Rupa B. Shah .
