रेलान इंजीनियरिंग एण्ड आटोमेशन लिमिटेड के सदस्यों की असाधारण आम सभा में जो कम्पनी के पंजीकृत कार्यालय में मंगलवार, 30 मई 2006 को पूर्वा. 10.00 बजे आयोजित हुई निम्नलिखित विशेष प्रस्ताव पारित किए गए ।
