2. यह भी स्पष्ट है किया जाता है कि इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति के बल पर डॉ. भारद्वाज को संयुक्त सलाहकार के पद पर नियमित नियुक्ति का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा और न ही संयुक्त सलाहकार के पद पर उनकी इस नियुक्तिकी अवधि को संयुक्त सलाहकार ग्रेड में वरीयता के लिए अथवा उच्च स्तर पर प्रोन्नति के लिए गिना जाएगा ।

2. उपर्युक्त अधिकारियों की तदर्थ पदोन्नति उन्हें केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आशुलिपिक सेवा के निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं देगी और उनके द्वारा तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवा के लिए अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजनार्थ गणना नहीं की जाएगी और सरकार तदर्थ पदोन्नति किसी भी समय रद्द करने और अधिकारी को उस पद पर जिससे वे पदोन्नत किए गए थे, प्रत्यावर्तित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है ।

I.--वित्त मंत्रालय, व्यय विभाग में 12,000-375-16,500/- रुपये के वेतनमान में कार्यरत संयुक्त निदेशक श्री एस. आर. डोंगरे , अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त कर लेने के परिणामस्वरूप 31 अगस्त, 2006 के अपराह्न से सरकारी सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त होते हैं । (i) इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से, उन्हें इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चितकाल के लिये बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल होने अथवा ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधि कार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
2. उसी तारीख से विभाग के रोल्स से उनका नाम काट दिया जाएगा ।
