( 1 ) इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति के आधार पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति को अनिश्चित काल के लिए ग्रेड में बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने या केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आशुलिपिक सेवा के ग्रेड' क ' और ' ख' ( आमेलित) (निजी सचिव ) में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा । (2) तदर्थ नियुक्तिबिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त कीजासकती है ।
