कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन नई दिल्ली-110066, दिनांक 5 सितम्बर 2006 सं. एचआरडी/ 1 ( 3 ) /2004/ आर आर--कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 5घ की उपधाारा 7 (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय बोर्ड गजट अधिसूचना संख्या पी- IV/ 2 ( 3 ) /82/वर्ग/ भाग II दिनांक 15 मई, 2002 द्वारा अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , प्रवर्तन अधिकारी/सहायक लेखा अधिकारी, भर्ती नियम, 2002 में संशोधन करके निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है अर्थात्:--
1. (i ) ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, प्रवर्तन अधिकारी/सहायक लेखा अधिकारी संशोधन भर्ती नियम , 2006 कहलायेंगे : -- ( ii ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. अनुसूची के कॉलम 12 के अन्तर्गत प्रविष्टि के लिये, उप पैरा (ii) में ' उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक' शब्दों के स्थान पर " सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए तथा निम्न प्रकार पढ़ा जाए : --
पदोन्नति ( सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा कोटा 25% ) वे अनुभाग पर्यवेक्षक तथा कनिष्ठ हिन्दी अनुवादक जिनकी 5000-8000 रु . के वेतनमान में 3 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा हो तथा वे डी 1-269 G1/ 2006

ई ओ ( ग्रेड- ग ) जिनकी 5000-8000 रु. के वेतनमान में 3 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा हो तथा वे डी ई ओ ( ग्रेड- ग ) जिन्होंने ( ग्रेड- क ) में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो तथा वे सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक/सहायक/ आशुलिपिक/डी ई ओ ग्रेड ' क ' तथा ' ख ' जिनकी संबंधित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में 4000-6000 रु. के वेतनमान में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा हो ।
आ. विश्वनाथन सचिव सं. एचआरडी/ 1 ( 3 ) /2004/आर आर--कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 5 घ की उपधारा 7 ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय बोर्ड गजट अधिसूचना संख्या एचआरडी/ 1 ( 1 )/ 2001/आर आर/ सहायक दिनांक 09 सितम्बर, 2003 द्वारा अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, सहायक ( मुख्यालय ) , भर्ती नियम, 2003 में संशोधन करके निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है अर्थात्: --
1. ( i) ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, सहायक ( मुख्यालय ) संशोधन भर्ती नियम, 2006 कहलायेंगे :--
(ii ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. अनुसूची के कॉलम 11 के अन्तर्गत प्रविष्टि के लिये " शेष 50% पदोन्नति द्वारा " शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत उप पैरा में तथा " 50 % 7186

पदोन्नति द्वारा शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत अनुसूची के कालम 12 में ' उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक ' शब्दों के स्थान पर " सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक " शब्दोंको तथा 12 में प्रविष्टि के लिए " उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक " शब्दों के स्थान पर " सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए तथा इस प्रकार पढ़ा जाए : --
कालम-11 शेष 50 % पदोन्नति द्वारा : --
कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन ( मुख्यालय) के वे सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक ( मुख्यालय) जिन्होंने ग्रेड में 5 वर्ष की अधिक की नियमित सेवा पूरी कर ली है । जिन कर्मचारियों के नाम चयन सूची में शामिल किए गए हैं उनकी पदोन्नति वरिष्ठता के क्रम में की जाएगी । परन्तु यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उसकी बारी आने पर ऐसी नियुक्ति के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं पाया जाता है तो इसके कारणों को लिखित में रिकार्ड किया जायेगा ।
कालम-12 पदोन्नति द्वारा 50 %
कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन के वे सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक (मुख्यालय ) जिन्होंने 4000-6000 रु. के वेतनमान में 5 वर्ष से अधिक की नियमित सेवा पूरी कर ली है ।

[भाग III-खण्ड 4 उपधारा 7 (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय बोर्ड गजट अधिसूचना संख्या पी-4/ 1 ( 1 ) / 92/आर आर/ दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 1992 द्वारा अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, अनुभाग पर्यवेक्षक, (प्रधान लिपिक ) ( क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय ) भर्ती नियम, 1992 में संशोधन करके निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है अर्थात्ः--
1. (i ) ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, अनुभाग पर्यवेक्षक, (प्रधान लिपिक) ( क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय) संशोधन भर्ती नियम, 2006 कहलायेंगे :-
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. अनुसूची के कॉलम 12 के अन्तर्गत प्रविष्टि के लिये पैरा ( 1 ) तथा ( 2 ) में ' उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक ' शब्दों के स्थान पर " सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये तथा उस पैरा को निम्न प्रकार पढ़ा जाए : --
(1 ) 66 2/3 % पदोन्नतियां उन सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायकों में से वरिष्ठता के आधार पर परन्तु फिटनेस की शर्त पर की जाएगी जिन्होंने संबंधित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में 3 ( तीन ) वर्ष की सेवा की हो ।
(2) 331/3 % पदोन्नतियां विभागीय परीक्षा के आधार पर उन संबंधित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों में से की जायेंगी जिन्होंने आशुलिपिक सहित सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक के रूप में 3 ( तीन ) वर्ष की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो, ऐसा न होने पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा की जाएगी ।

EMPLOYEES' PROVIDENT FUND ORGANIZATION New Delhi - 110066 , the 5th September 2006 No. HRD/1 (3)2004/RR.In exercise of powers conferred by sub section 7 ( a) of Section 5D of Employees ' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 ( 19 of 1952) , the Central Board hereby makes the following Rules amending the Employees ' Provident Fund Organization (Enforcement Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer ) Recruitment Rules , 2002 notified vide Gazette Notification No. P - IV/2 (3 ) 82/Class/Pt . II dated 15th May 2002 namely :-
1. ( i) These rules may be called the Employees ' Provident Fund Organization ( Enforcement Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer ) Amendment Recruitment Rules , 2006.
(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette .
2. For entry under Column- 12 of the Schedule , in sub - para ( ii ) the words ' Upper Division Clerks ' may be substituted with the words " Social Security Assistants " and read as under :-
(ii) Promotion (Limited Departmental Competitive Examination Quota-25%)
Section Supervisors and Junior Hindi translators with 3 years regular service in the pay scale of Rs . 5000-8000 and DEO (Gr. C) with three years regular service in the pay scale of Rs . 5000-8000 including those DEO (Gr. C) who have already put in 5 years regular service in DEO (Gr. A) and Social Security Assistants/Assistants / Stenographers/DEO Gr . ' A' and Gr. ' B ' with 5 years regular service in the Scale of Rs . 4000- 6000 in the respective regions .

1. ( i) These rules may be called the Employees ' Provident Fund Organization Assistant (Headquarters ) Amendment Recruitment Rules , 2006.
(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette .
2. For entry under Column- 11 of the Schedule , in sub-para under the head " Remaining 50% by promotion" and under Column 12 of the Schedule , under the head "By promotion-50% the word

Column 11 : Remaining 50 % by promotion :-
Social Security Assistants of Employees ' Provident Fund Organization (Headquarters) who have rendered more than five years of regular service in the grade . The promotion of officials whose names have been included in the Select List shall be made in the order of seniority. Provided that where a person is not considered fit for such appointment in his turn, reasons therefor shall be recorded inwriting.
Column 12 : By promotion-50% Social Security Assistants of Employees ' Provident Fund Organisation ( Headquarters) who have rendered more than five years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs . 4000--- 6000.

1. ( i) These rules may be called the Employees' Provident Fund Organization Section Supervisor (Head Clerk) (Regional Offices ) Amendment Recruitment Rules , 2006.
(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. For entry under Column- 12 of the Schedule , the words UDCs ' appearing in para (1 ) and (2) may be substituted with the words " Social Security Assistants " and the sub paras be read as under :--
( 1 ) 66 2/ 3 % by promotion of Social Security Assistants with 3 (three) years service rendered serving in the respective regional offices on the basis of seniority subject to rejection of unfit.
(2) 33 1 /3% by promotion of employees serving in the respective regional offices on the basis of a departmental examination restricted to those who have rendered not less than 3 (three ) years service as Social Security Assistants including Stenographers failing which by direct recruitment.

7191 The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, In- charge of Orissa Region shall be the Secretary of the Regional Committee .
The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the official Gazette . However, every member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette .
This will come into force with immediate effect .
