सं. 12019/7/2005 - एफपीपी यूरिया इकाइयों की नई मूल्य निर्धारण योजना के प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय के . दिनांक 13.3.2003 के संकल्प सं. 12019/5 / 98- एफपीपी द्वारा उर्वरक उद्योग समन्वय समिति का पुनर्गठन किया गया था । श्री वी. एन. राय के दिनांक 8.7.2006 से कृभको के प्रबंध निदेशक पद से सेवानिवृत्त होने से रिक्त हुए स्थान पर श्री वी. डी. सिन्हा, प्रबंध निदेशक, कृभको को उर्वरक उद्योग समन्वय समिति (एफआईसीसी ) में उद्योग सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करने का निर्णय लिया गया है । एफआईसीसी में उद्योग सदस्य के रिक्त स्थान पर श्री सिन्हा की नियुक्ति इस संकल्प के जारी होने की तारीख से 4.10.2007 तक या अगला आदेश होने तक, जो भी पहले हो , प्रभावी रहेगी।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति लोक सभा सचिवालय और राज्य सभा सचिवालय तथा भारत सरकार के संबंधित मंत्रालयों और विभागों को भेजी जाए ।
सं. 5 ( 1 ) -बी ( पी.डी. )/2006--आम जानकारी के लिए यह घोषित किया जाता है कि वर्ष 2006-2007 के दौरान सामान्य भविष्य निधि तथा उसी प्रकार की अन्य निधियों के अभिदाताओं की कुल जमा रकमों परदिए जाने वाले ब्याज की दर 8 % ( आठ प्रतिशत ) प्रतिवर्ष ही रहेगी । यह दर 1.4.2006 से आरंभ होने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान लागू रहेगी । संबंधित निधियां निम्नलिखित हैं : ---

1. यह समिति एक सलाहकार निकाय होगी और इसके मुख्य कार्य इस प्रकार होंगे : --
(क) गोपशुओं के संरक्षण , विकास, प्रजनन, आहार तथा विपणन से जुड़ीयोजनाओं की समय - समय पर समीक्षा करना ।
देना । (ख ) उपरोक्त किसी मामले पर केन्द्र तथा राज्य सरकारों को सलाह ( ग ) गोवंश सम्पदा के विकास विशेषकर उपयुक्त तर्ज पर गोशालाओं केविकास की समीक्षा एवं समन्वय करना ।
(घ) गोपशुओं के विकास विशेषकर उस स्थान पर जहां गैर सरकारी संस्थानों के सहयोग की आवश्यकता हो , विकास संबंधी गतिविधियों को शुरू करना ।
(ङ) भारत सरकार की आवश्यकता के अनुसार देश के किसी भी क्षेत्र में गोपशु के विकास के लिए अन्य कार्यक्रम चलाना ।
4. केन्द्रीय गोसंवर्धन सलाहकार समिति की बैठक अध्यक्ष द्वारा तय किए गए समय और स्थन पर समय - समय पर होगी । क्रम संख्या 22 से लेकर 27 तक के गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को केवल तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा मंत्रालय के अगले आदेश/संकल्प जो पहले हो तक के लिए नामित किया जाएगा ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों , संघ शासित क्षेत्रों के शासन/ भारत सरकार के मंत्रालयों, योजना आयोग , मंत्रिमंडलीय सचिवालय , प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय को प्रेषित कर दिए जाएं । आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को भारत के राजपत्र में आम सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित करवा दिया जाए ।

It has been decided to appoint Shri B. D. Sinha, Managing Director, KRIBHCO as industry member in the Fertilizer Industry coordination Committee (FICC) against the vacancy arising from retirement of Shri V. N. Rai as Managing Director, KRIBHCO on 8.7.2006. The appointment of Shri Sinha as industry member in FICC will be effective from the date of issue of the Resolution and for a period up to 4.10.2007 or until further orders , whichever isearlier.
