2. उपर्युक्त दोनों अधिकारियों के नाम, 1986 की प्रवर सूची में शामिल किए जाने के आधार पर वे पहले ही भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के कर्नाटक संवर्ग में नियुक्त कर दिए गए हैं । अतः भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के कर्नाटक संवर्ग में 25 फरवरी , 1984 से उनकी पदोन्नति और भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा मेंउनकी पदोन्नति की वास्तविक तारीख तक की अवधि को सैद्धांतिक माना जाएगा ।
