MINISTRY OF DEFENCE New Delhi, the 6th October , 2006 S.R.O. 121. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby rescinds the following recruitment rules except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
(i)Ministry of Defence , Radar and Communication Project Office [ Superintendent (Lands ) Grade I ] Recruitment Rules , 1985 notified vide number SRO 245 dated the 7th December, 1985;
(ii) Ministry of Defence , Radar and Communication Project Office (Junior Scientific Assistants ) Recruitment Rules , 1986 notified vide number SRO 181 , dated the 24th May , 1986, and;
(iii) Ministry of Defence , Radar and Communication Project Office (Civil Engineering Assistant ) Recruitment Rules , 1989 notified vide number SRO 120 dated the 22ndApril, 1989.
