थाईलैंड में मेडिकल कार्यक्रमों हेतु प्रति वर्ष 100 अवर स्नातक मेडिकल छात्रों की प्रवेश क्षमता वाले ऑफ शोर कैम्पस आरंभ करने हेतु विनायक मिशन अनुसंधान प्रतिष्ठान के प्रस्ताव को तत्काल प्रभाव से अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है ।

(ग ) अन्य क्षेत्रों से संबधित संभावित क्षेत्रों का अध्ययन करना । 3. समिति, इस संकल्प के जारी होने की तारीख से छः महीने की अवधिके अंदर अपनी संस्तुतियों को अंतिम रूप से तैयार करेगी । 4. संस्कृति मंत्रालय समिति को सचिवालयीय सहायता प्रदान करेगा । 5. समिति के बाहरी क्षेत्र के, गैर- सरकारी सदस्य वित्त मंत्रालय के दिनांक 23.6.1986 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं . 19020/1/84 -ई. IV के तहत् यात्रा भत्ता तथा आवास के हकदार होंगे ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति आम सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की जाए ।

Central Government, on the advice of the University Grants Commission, declared Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation, Salem as a 'Deemed to be University' for the purposes of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, the CentralGovernment hereby accords its approval to the proposal ofVinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (VMRF) , Deemed University, Salem for starting ofan Off- Shore Campus offering medical programmes at Bangkok, Thailand with an intake capacity of 100 undergraduate medical students per annum, on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation, Deemed University, Salem with Rangsit University, Bangkok, Thailand, with immediate effect.
2. Thisdeclaration is subject to conditions mentioned at S. No. 9 of the endorsement of this notification.
3. government of India or the University Grants Commission will not provide any Plan or Non Plan grants to VinayakaMission's Research Foundation, Deemed University Salem or any of its constituent institutions, off- campus centres inthe Indian territory, or any of its off-shore centres abroad.

3. The Committee may finalize its recommendations within aperiodofsix months w.e.f. the date of issue ofthis Resolution.
4.Ministry ofculture will provide the secretarial assistance to the Committee.
5. Outstation, non- official members of the Committee will be entitled for travel allowances and accommodation in accordancewith the Ministry ofFinance Office Memorandum Number 190201 /84- E.IV dated 23.06.1986 .
