का.नि.आ. 135.- केन्द्रीय सरकार , सेना अधिनियम , 1950 (1950 का 46) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.नि.आ. 1 , तारीख 31 दिसम्बर , 1992 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
S.R.O. 135. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Army Act , 1950 (46 of 1950) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Defence , number S.R.O. 1 , dated 31stDecember, 1992 :--
i उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. ( v ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
In the said notification , after Serial No. ( v) , the following shall be added , namely :--
(vi) Regiment of Air Defence Artillery .
(vi ) वायु रक्षा तोपखाना रेजिमेंट । [फा. सं. बी/32313 /एजी/पीएस -2 ( ए ) /1853/06 - रक्षा ( एजी ) ]
