संकल्प
सं. ई-11015/9/2003- हिंदी- इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 18.3.2005 के समसंख्यक संकल्प में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए श्री जेसुदासु सीलम, संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) को प्रो . एम. एम. अग्रवाल, संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) , जिनका दिनांक 14.8.2006 को निधन हो गया था, के स्थान पर इस मंत्रालय की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति का गैर - सरकारी सदस्य नियुक्त किया जाता है । श्री जेसुदासु सीलम का कार्यकाल वर्तमान समिति के कार्यकाल तक रहेगा ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक- एक प्रति राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय , लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , योजना आयोग , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों, भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक कार्यालय, समिति के सभी सदस्यों और सभी राज्य सरकारों एवं संघ शासित प्रशासनों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं. एफ.9-64/ 2005 - यू. 3--विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर, चेन्नई मैथमेटिकल इन्स्टीट्यूट सिरुसेरी, चेन्नई ( तमिलनाडु ) को एतद्वारा अस्थाई रूप से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ नई श्रेणी के तहत उपरोक्त इन्स्टीट्यूट के मध्य प्रदेश भोज ( मुक्त) विश्वविद्यालय , भोपाल, मद्रास विश्वविद्यालय, चेन्नई, तमिलनाडु और बिरला प्रौद्योगिकी एवं विज्ञान संस्थान , सम विश्वविद्यालय , पिलानी, राजस्थान से असम्बद्ध होने की तारीख से सम विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में घोषित करती है । यह दर्जा विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की विशेषज्ञ समिति की वार्षिक समीक्षा के शर्ताधीन होगा । पांच वर्ष की अवधि के पश्चात्विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग द्वारा नियुक्त यू.जी.सी. पुनरीक्षा समिति की कार्यनिष्पादन रिपोर्ट के आधार पर इस इंस्टीट्यूट को स्थायी रूप से सम विश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा प्रदान किया जाएगा । ( 2 ) यह घोषणा इस अधिसूचना के पृष्ठांकन की क्रम संख्या 4 में उल्लिखित शर्तों के अधीन है ।

RESOLUTION
No. E.11015/4/2005- Hindi- In partial modification of this Ministry's resolution of even number dated 18.3.2005 Shri jesudasu Seelam M.P. ( Rajya Sabha) is nominated as non - official member of the Hindi Advisory Committee of this Ministry in place of Prof. M. M. Agrawal M.P. ( Rajya Sabha ) , who expired on 14.8.2006 . The tenure of Shri Jesudasu Seelam would be till the tenure of the present committee.

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to the President's Secretariat, the Prime Minister's Office, Lok Sabha Secretariat , Rajya Sabha Secretariat , Cabinet Secretariat , Planning Commission , all the Ministries and Departments of the Government of India , Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, all the Members of the Samiti and all State Governments and Union Territory Administrations .
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information .

No. F.9-64/2005- U.3- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the University Grants. Commission ( UGC) Act , 1956 , the Central Government , on the advice of the University Grants Commission (UGC) , hereby declare the Chennai Mathematical Institute , Siruseri , Chennai (Tamil Nadu ) as ' Deemed to be University' , under de novo category, for the purpose of the aforesaid Act , provisionally for a period of five years from the date the Institute disaffiliates itself from the Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open ) University, Bhopal , the University of Madras , Chennai , Tamil Nadu and the Birla Institute of Technology and Science , Deemed- to-be- University , Pilani , Rajasthan , subject to annual review by an Expert Committee of the UGC . After the period of five years , the status of 'Deemed to be University' conferred upon the Institute shall be confirmed on the basis of performance report of the Review Committee UGC to be appointed by the University Grants Commission ( UGC) .
2. This declaration is subject to the conditions mentioned at Sl . No. 4 of the endorsement of this notification.
