सं. गैबैपवि. 191 /मुमप्र ( पी.के. ) 2007.-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर कि जनता के हित में और वित्तीय प्रणाली को देश के हित में विनियमित करने हेतु बैंक को समर्थ बनाने के लिए गैर - बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियाँ सार्वजनिक जमा स्वीकरण ( रिज़र्व बैंक ) निदेश , 1998 को संशोधित करना आवश्यक है , भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 45ञ, 45ञक, 45ट तथा 45ठ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस संबंध में उसे सक्षम बनाने वाली सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निदेश देता है कि 31 जनवरी 1998 की अधिसूचना सं. डीएफसी. 118/डीजी ( एसपीटी ) -98 में अंतर्विष्ट निदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नवत संशोधित होंगे अर्थात्--

पैराग्राफ 3 का उप पैराग्राफ ( 2 ) निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ से प्रतिस्थापित होगा :

" उक्त निदेश के पैराग्राफ 4 में अंतर्विष्ट प्रावधान , उप पैराग्राफ ( 7 ) , ( 15 ) तथा ( 16 ) को छोड़कर एवं पैराग्राफ 5, 6 एवं 8 मुचुअल बेनीफिट फायनांसियल कंपनी एवं मुचुअल बेनीफिट कंपनी पर लागू नहीं होंगे । "

भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में 20 अप्रैल 1946 को प्रकाशित तथा 29 अप्रैल 1954 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. ( 8 ) 70/बी 52 और भारत सरकार के. दिनांक 21 फरवरी, 1990 के असाधारण राजपत्र सं. 67 के अंतर्गत यथा संशोधित लोक ऋण अधिनियम 1944 की धारा 28 के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए लोक ऋण नियमावली , 1946 के नियम 18 के अनुसरण, नवम्बर 2006 को समाप्त माह के लिए निम्नलिखित सूची खो गई आदि ऐसी प्रतिभूतियों के बारे में एतद्वारा विज्ञापित की जाती है , जिसके संबंध में इस बात का विश्वास करने के लिए प्रथम दृष्टया आधार मौजूद है कि प्रतिभूतियां खो गयी हैं और आवेदकों का दावा न्यायोचित है । नीचे लिखे गये संबंधित दावेदारों से इतर सभी व्यक्ति जिनका प्रतिभूतियों पर किसी प्रकार का दावा हो , तत्काल महाप्रबंधक, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक केन्द्रीय कार्यालय , सरकारी और बैंक लेखा विभाग, केन्द्रीय ऋण प्रभाग , मुंबई -400 008 को संसूचित करें ।

सं. 1 ( 1 ) -3 /2000- स्था.Ⅰ--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 97 की उप धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( 21 ) तथा उप धारा ..( 2क) के साथ पठित धारा 17 की उप धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ( भर्ती ) विनियम, 1994 का अतिक्रमण करते हुए, जहाँ तक ये आशुलिपिक पद से संबंधित हैं ऐसे अतिक्रमण से पूर्व किए गए या करने से रह गये कार्यों के अलावा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम में आशुलिपिक के पद पर भर्ती को विनियमित करने हेतु निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्: -- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ

( 1 ) ये विनियम कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ( आशुलिपिक ) भर्ती विनियम, 2006 कहे जायेंगे ।

(2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

2. पदों की संख्या , वर्गीकरण एवं वेतनमान

पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण और इनसे सम्बद्ध वेतनमान विनियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट रूप में होंगे । 3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं आदि

पदों की भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य मामले इन विनियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट अनुसार होंगे ।

4. अयोग्यताएं :

ऐसाकोई व्यक्ति:

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्तिसे विवाह किया है या विवाह करने का करार किया है जिसका विवाहिती जीवित है, अथवा

(ख) जिसने अपने विवाहिती के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है अथवा विवाह करने का करार किया है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहींहोगाहोगी ।

परन्तु यदि कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम के महानिदेशक इस बात से संतुष्ट हो जायें कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति अथवा विवाह की दूसरी पार्टी पर लागू वैयक्तिककानून के अन्तर्गत अनुमेय है तथा ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार भी हैं तो वे किसी व्यक्ति को इस विनियम के लागू होने से छूट दे सकते हैं । 5. ढील देने की शक्ति

जहाँक.रा.बी. निगम के महानिदेशक की राय में ऐसा करना अनिवार्य है अथवा कालोचित है तो केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन के बाद तथा इसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके किसी वर्ग अथवा व्यक्तियों की श्रेणी के संबंध में इन विनियमों के उपबंधों में से किसी भी उपबंध में आदेश द्वारा ढील देसकते हैं ।

6. अवशिष्टमामले

इन विनियमों के उपबंधों के अध्यधीन, निगम में पदों की तदनुरूपी श्रेणी के पदों पर लागू समय- समय पर यथा संशोधित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ( भर्ती ) विनियम, 1965 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट सभी विनियम तथा अनुदेश इन विनियमों के साथ सम्बद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे । 7. अपवाद

इन विनियमों की कोई भी बात ऐसे आरक्षणों तथा अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय- समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग तथा अन्य वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है । 16

संख्या: यू. 16/53/2003 चि .2 (पंजाब ) : कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 105 के अधीन निगम की शक्तियां महानिदेशक को प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल , 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गए संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या 1024 (जी) दिनांक 23.5.1983 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टरों को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक एक वर्ष के लिए पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक , जो भी पूर्व हो, को वरिष्ठ राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त, (पंजाब) द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्य परीक्षा करने तथा मूल प्रमाण पत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रुप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूँ :

सं. एन -15/ 13/17/ 11/ 2006- यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा-46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 दिसम्बर, 2006 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम 95 - क तथा हरियाणा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ हरियाणा राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाऐंगे, अर्थात्: --

सं. 2/1959/डीएलआई/एक्स/89/ भाग -1/01- जहाँ अनुसूची-1 में उल्लिखित नियोक्ताओं ने (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त स्थापना कहा गया है) कर्माचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम 1952 ( 1952 का 19) की धारा 17 की उप धारा 2 (क) के अंतर्गत छूट के विस्तार के लिए आवेदन किया है । जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है । चूंकि केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त इस बात से संतुष्ट है, कि उक्त स्थापना के कर्मचारी कोई अलग अंशदान या प्रीमियम की अदायगी किए बिना जीवन बीमा के रूप में भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम । एलायंज बजाज लाइफ इंशोरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड / मेटलाइफ इण्डिया ग्रुप लाइफ इंशोरेंस । अवीवा लाइफ इंशोरेंस । आईएनजी वायश्या लाइफ इंशोरेंस । मैक्स न्यू यार्क लाइफ इंशोरेंस । टाटा एआईजी लाइफ इंशोरेंस । की सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम का लाभ उठा रहे है, जो कि ऐसे कर्मचारी के लिए कर्मचारी निक्षेप सहबद्ध बीमा स्कीम , 1976 के अंतर्गत स्वीकार्य लाभों से अधिक अनुकूल है (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् स्कीम कहा गया है) अतः उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 17 की उपधारा 2 (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा श्रम मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार । केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त की अधिसूचना सं० तथा तिथि जो प्रत्येक स्थापना के नाम के सामने दर्शायी गई है, के अनुसरण में तथा संलग्न अनुसूचि-11 में निर्धारित शर्तों के रहते हुए, केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त उक्त स्कीम के सभी उपबन्धों के संचालन से प्रत्येक उक्त स्थापना को और 3 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए छूट प्रदान करता है, जैसा कि संलग्न अनुसूचि । में उनके नाम के सामने दर्शाया गया है । 25 भाग III-खण्ड4]

अनुसूची - 11

1. उक्त स्थापना के संबंध में नियोजक (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् नियोजक कहा मया) संबंधित क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त को ऐसी विवरणियां भेजेगा और लेखा रखेगा तथा निरीक्षण के लिए ऐसी सुविधायें प्रदान करेगा जो केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त समय-समय पर निर्दिष्ट करेंगे ।

2. नियोजक ऐसे निरीक्षण प्रभारी का प्रत्येक मास की समाप्ति के 15 दिन के भीतर संदाय करेमा जो केन्द्रीय सारकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 17 की उपधारा 2 (क) खण्ड के आधीन समय-समय पर निर्देश करेंगे ।

3. सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के प्रशासन में जिसके अंतर्गत लेखाओं का रखा जाना, विवरणियों का प्रस्तुत किया जाना, बीमा प्रीमियम का संदाय, लेखाओं का अंतरंण, निरीक्षण के प्रभार का संदाय आदि भी है, होने वाले सभी व्ययों का वहन नियोजक द्वारा किया जायेगा ।

4. नियोजक सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के नियमों की एक प्रति और जब कभी उसमें संशोधन किया जायेगा तब संशोधन की प्रति तथा कर्मचारियों की बहुसंख्या की भाषा में उसकी मुख्य बातों का अनुवाद स्थापना के सूचना पट पर प्रदर्शित करेमा ।

5. यदि कोई कर्मचारी जो भविष्य निधि या उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन छूट प्राप्त किसी स्थापना की भविष्य निधि का पहले ही सदस्य है, उसकी स्थापना में नियोजित किया जाता है तो नियोजक सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के सदस्य के रूप में अपना नाम तुरन्त दर्ज करेगा और उसकी बाबत आवश्यक प्रीमियम संबंधित जीवन बीमा निगम सदत्त ।

6. यदि उक्त स्कीम के अधीन कर्मचारियों को उपलब्ध लाभ बढाये जाते है तो नियोजक सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के अधीन कर्मचारियों को उपलब्ध लाभों में सामूहिक रूप से वृद्धि किये जाने की व्यवस्था करेगा, जिसमें कि कर्मचारियों के लिए सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के अधीन लाभ उपबंध लाभों से अधिक अनुकूल हो जो उक्त स्कीम के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है ।

7. सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम में किसी बात के होते हुए भी यदि किसी कर्मचारी की मृत्यु पर इस स्कीम के अधीन संदेय राशि से कम है तो जो कर्मचारी की उस दशा में संदेय हो तो जब वह उक्त स्कीम के अधीन होता तो नियोजक कर्मचारी को विधि वारिस । नाम निर्देशितों को प्रतिकार के रूप दोनों राशियों के बराबर राशि का संदाय करेमा ।

8. सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के उपबंधों में कोई भी संशोधन संबंधित क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त के पूर्व अनुमोदन के बिना नहीं किया जायेगा और जहाँ किसी संशोधन से कर्मचारियों के हित पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पडने की संभावना हो वहीं क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त अपना अनुमोदन देने के पूर्व कर्मचारियों को अपना दृष्टि कोण स्पष्ट करने का युक्तियुक्त अवसर देगा ।

9. यदि किसी कारण वश स्थापना के कर्मचारी संबंधित जीवन बीमा निगम की उस सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के, जिसको स्थापना पहले अपना चुकी है, अधीन नहीं रह जाता है या इस स्कीम के अधीन कर्मचारियों को प्राप्ति होने वाली राशि से कम हो जाये तो रद्द किया जा सकता है । 29 भारत का राजपत्र, जनवरी 13 , 2007 ( पौष 23 , 1928 )

10. यदि किसी कारण वश नियोजक उप्स बियत तारीख के भीतर जो संबंधित जीवन बीमा निगम नियत करें, प्रीमियम का संदाय करने में असफल रहता हे और पॉलिसी को व्यमत होने दिया जाता है तो छूट र‌द्द की जा सकती है ।

11. नियोजक द्वारा प्रीमियम के संदाय में किए गये व्यतिक्रम की दशा में उन मृत सदस्यों के नाम निदशितों या विधिक वारिसों को यदि यह छूट न दी गयी होती उक्त स्कीम के अंतर्गत होते बीमा लाभों के संदाय का उत्तरदायित्व नियोजक पर होमा ।

12. उक्त स्थापना के संबंध में नियोजक इस स्कीम के अधीन आने वाले किसी सदस्य की मृत्यु होने पर उस हकदार नाम निदेशितों । विधिक वारिसों का बीमा कृत राशि संदाय तत्परता से तथा प्रत्येक दशा में संबंधित जीवन बीमा निगम से बीमा कृत राशि प्राप्त होने के एक माह के भीतर सुनिश्चित करेगा ।

अनुसूची - 11

1. उक्त स्थापना के संबंध में नियोजक (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् नियोजक कहा गया) संबंधित क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त को ऐसी विवरणियां भेजेगा और लेखा रखेगा तथा निरीक्षण के लिए ऐसी सुविधायें प्रदान करेगा जो केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त समय -समय पर निर्दिष्ट करेंगे ।

2. नियोजक ऐसे निरीक्षण प्रभारी का प्रत्येक मास की समाप्ति के 15 दिन के भीतर संदाय करेगा जो केन्द्रीय सारकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 17 की उपधारा 2 (क) खण्ड के आधीन समय- समय पर निर्देश करेंगे ।

3. सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के प्रशासन में जिसके अंतर्गत लेखाओं का रखा जाना, विवरणियों का प्रस्तुत किया जाना, बीमा प्रीमियम का संदाय, लेखाओं का अंतरण, निरीक्षण के प्रभार का संदाय आदि भी है, होने वाले सभी व्ययों का वहन नियोजक द्वारा किया जायेगा ।

6. यदि उक्त स्कीम के अधीन कर्मचारियों को उपलब्ध लाभ बढाये जाते है तो नियोजक सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम के अधीन कर्मचारियों को उपलब्ध लाभों में सामूहिक रूप से वृद्धि किये जाने की व्यवस्था करेगा, जिसमें कि कर्मचारियों के लिए सामूहिक बीगा स्कीम के अधीन लाभ उपबंध लाभों से अधिक अनुकूल हो जो उक्त स्कीम के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हैं ।

7 . सामूहिक बीमा स्कीम में किसी बात के होते हुए भी यदि किसी कर्मचारी की मृत्यु पर इस स्कीम के अधीन संदेय राशि से कम है तो जो कर्मचारी की उस दशा में संदेय हो तो जब वह उक्त स्कीम के अधीन होता तो नियोजक कर्मचारी को विधि वारिस । नाम निर्देशितों को प्रतिकार के रूप दोनों राशियों के बराबर राशि का संदाय करेगा ।

10. यदि किसी कारण वश नियोजक उस नियत तारीख के भीतर जो संबंधित जीवन बीमा निगम नियत करें, प्रीमियम का संदाय करने में असफल रहता हे और पॉलिसी को व्यमत होने दिया जाता है तो छूट रद्द की जा सकती है ।

11. नियोजक द्वारा प्रीमियम के संदाय में किए गये व्यतिकम की दशा में उन मृत सदस्यों के नाम निदिशितों या विधिक वारिसों को यदि यह छूट न दी गयी होती उक्त स्कीम के अंतर्गत होते बीमा लाभों के संदाय का उत्तरदायित्व नियोजक पर होमा ।

12. उक्त स्थापना के संबंध में नियोजक इस स्कीम के अधीन आने वाले किसी सदस्य की मृत्यु होने पर उस हकदार नाम निदशितों । विधिक वारिसों का बीमा कृत राशि संदाय तत्परता से तथा प्रत्येक 'दशा में संबंधित जीवन बीमा निगम से बीमा कृत राशि प्राप्त होने के एक माह के भीतर सुनिश्चित करेगा ।

I.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) Section 97 read with clause (xxi ) of sub- section (2) and sub - section (2A) of said section and sub-section (2) of Section 17 ofthe Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) and in supersession of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (Recruitment) Regulations , 1944, in so far as they relate to the post of Stenographer except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Employees' State Insurance Corporation hereby makes, the following regulations regulating the method of recruitment to the posts ofStenographer in the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement :- .

(1) These regulations may be called the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (Stenographer) Recruitment Regulations, 2006.

(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette.

2.Number ofpost, classification and scale of pay:-The number ofposts , their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto , shall be as specified in Columns 2 to 4 ofthe Schedule annexed to these Regulations.

3.Themethod ofrecruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.:-The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in Columns 5 to 14 of the said Schedule.

4.Disqualification :- No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living; or (b) who , having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shallbe eligible for appointment to any ofthe said post;

Provided that the Director General ofthe Employees' State Insurance Corporation may, ifsatisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and to the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation ofthese regulations .

5. Power to relax :-Where the Director General ofthe Employees' State Insurance Corporation is ofthe opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so , he may, after taking prior approval of the Central Government, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these regulations, with respect to any class or category of persons .

6.Residuary matters : Subject to the provisions of these regulations , all other regulations and instructions, laid down in the Employees ' State Insurance Corporation (Recruitment) Regulations , 1965, applicable to the corresponding category ofposts in the Corporation, shall apply to the post specified in the Schedule annexed to theseRegulations.

7. Savings :-Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes , Ex - Servicemen the Other Backward Classes and other categories ofpersons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time , in thisregard.

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers offered by Sub Section 2(A) of Section 17of the saia Act and subject to the conditions specified in Schedule - II annexed here to , the Central Provident Fund Commissioner hereby Exempt each of the said mentioned establishments in Schedule- l from the date mentioned against each from which date relaxation order under Para 28(7 ) of the said scheme has been granted by the Delli (North) Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, from the operation of said scheme for a period of 3 (three) years .

SCHEDULE - II

1. Theemployer in relation to each of the said establishment ( hereinafter referred to as the employer) shall submit such returns to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned and maintain such account and provide such facilities for inspection , as the Central Provident Fund Commissioner may direct from time to time .

2. The Employer shall pay such inspection charges as the Central Govt . may from time to time, direct under clause (a) Sub- Section (2A) of Section 17 of the said Actwithin 15 days from the close of every month.

3. All Expenses involved in the administration of the Group Insurance Scheme, including maintenance of account , submission of returns , payment of Insurance premium, transfer accounts , payment of inspection charges etc. shall be borne by the employer.

4. The employer shall display on the notice board of the establishments , copy of the Rules of the Group Insurance Scheme as approved by the Central Govt/ Central Provident Fund Commissioner as and when amended alongwith translation of salient features thereof in the language of the majority of the employees.

5. Whereas an employee , who is already a member of the Employees ' Provident Fund of an establishment Exempted under the said Act is employed in his establishment the employer shall immediately admit him as a member of the Group Insurance Scheme and pay necessary premium in respect of him to Insurance Company.

6. The employer shall arrange to enhance the benefits available to the employees under the Group Insurance Scheme appropriately if the benefits available to the employees under said scheme are enhanced so that the benefits available under Group Insurance Scheme are more favorable to the employees than the benefits admissible under the said scheme

7. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Group Insurance Scheme , if on the death of an employee the amount payable under the scheme be less than the amount that would be payable had the employees been covered under the said scheme, the employer shall pay the difference to the nominee (s ) legal heir(s ) of the employee as compensation .

8. No amendmentor the provisions of the Group Insurance Scheme shall be made without the prior approval of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned and where any amendment is likely to effect adversely the interest of the employee his approval , give a reasonable opportunity to the employee to explain his point of view.

9. Therefore , any reason the employee of the said establishment do not remain covered under the Group Insurance Scheme of the Insurance Company as already adopted by the said establishment , for the benefits to the employees under this scheme are reduced in any manner, the Exemption shall be liable to becancelled.

10. Where for any reason the employer fails to pay the premium etc. within the due date as fixed by the Insurance Company and the policy is allowed to lapse , the Exemption shall be liable to be cancelled.

11. In case of default, if any made by the employer in payment of premium the responsibility for the payment of Insurance benefits to the nominee(s ) legal heir(s) of deceased member who would have been covered under the said scheme but for grant of this Exemption shall be that of the employer...

12. Upon the death of the member covered under the Group Insurance Scheme, thisInsurance Company shall ensure prompt payment of the sum assured to the nominee(s) , legal heir(s ) of the deceased member entitled for it and in any case within one month from the receipt of claims complete in all respect.

No amendment of the provisions of the Group Insurance Scheme shall be made without the prior approval of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned and where any amendment is likely to effect adversely the interest of the employee his approval , give a reasonable opportunity to the employee to explain his point of view.

9. Therefore , any reason the employee of the said establishment do not remain covered under the Group Insurance Scheme of the Insurance Company as already adopted by the said establishment, for the benefits to the employees under this scheme are reduced in any manner , the Exemption shall be liable to becancelled.

11. In case of default , if any made by the employer in payment of premium the responsibility for the payment of Insurance benefits to the nominee( s ) legal heir(s) of deceased member who would have been covered under the said scheme but for grant of this Exemption shall be that of the employer .

12. Upon the death of the member covered under the Group Insurance Scheme , thisInsurance Company shall ensure prompt payment of the sum assured to the nominee(s ) , legal heir(s ) of the deceased member entitled for it and in any case within one month from the receipt of claims complete in all respect .
