4. परिवीक्षा अवधि

डाक सेवा समूह ' ख ' में पदोन्नत सभी कर्मचारी दो वर्षों के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगे और इस पद पर बने रहने के लिए उनकी उपयुक्तता पर निर्णय दो वर्षों की परिवीक्षा अवधि के पूरा होने के बाद लिया जाएगा। यदि इस अवधि के दौरान कोई कर्मचारी 30 दिनों से अधिक की अवधि के लिए अवकाश पर जाता है , तो अवकाश की अवधि के आधार पर परिवीक्षा अवधि को बड़ा दिया जाएगा ।

5. प्रशिक्षण

सं. 9-58/2006- एसपीजी--महानिदेशक ( डाक ) श्री एस. मुथु को डाक सेवा समूह ख ग्रेड के 7,500-250-12,000/- रुपये के वेतनभान में प्रभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि तथा अगले आदेशों तक सहर्ष नियुक्त करते हैं । उनका नाम श्री शिशुतोष बर्मन से नीचे (दिनांक 25.09.2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या 9-17/2006- एसपीजी, क्रम सं. ख्या 113 ) तथा श्री एम. सुन्दरम (दिनांक 25.09.2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या 9-17/2006-एसपीजी क्रम संख्या 114 ) के ऊपर रखा जाएगा । पदोन्नति पर उन्हें महाराष्ट्र सर्किल में तैनात किया गया है ।

2. सामान्य शर्तें

(i) एक वर्ष की अवधि तक कोई पुनः आवंटन अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा । पुनः आवंटन के अनुरोध पर विचार करने हेतु इस अवधि के दौरान लिए गए अवकाश की एक वर्ष की अवधि में गणना नहीं की जाएगी ।

फिलहाल डाक सेवा समूह ' ख' में बिना किसी प्रशिक्षण के कर्मचारी को सीधी पदोन्नति दी जाएगी । तथापि, जब और जैसे निदेशक, पोस्टल स्टाफ कालेज , गाजियाबाद द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाएगा , उन्हें निर्धारित प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा। सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षण पूरी कर लेने पर निदेशक पोस्टल स्टाफ कालेज गाजियाबाद द्वारा दिए जाने वाले प्रमाण पत्र की एक प्रति निदेशक ( स्टाफ ) को रिकार्ड हेतु अग्रेषित की जानी चाहिए ।

6. वेतन निर्धारण के लिए विकल्प

(ii) अधिकारी की नियुक्ति निर्दिष्ट सर्किल में उसके तैनाती की शर्त पर निर्भर है ।

(iii) यह अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह रिकार्ड के प्रर्योजन से प्रभार रिपोर्ट की एक प्रतिलिपि निदेशक ( स्टाफ ) को भेजे।

अधिकारी यदि एफ आर-22 ( 1 ) क ( 1 ) के अंतर्ग वेतन निर्धारण के लिए तारीख चुनने के लिए विकल्प देना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें पदोन्नति की तारीख से एक माह के अंदर विकल्प देना होगा ।

7. अपने मूल सर्किलों से बाहर आवंटित अधिकारी (iv) यदि वरिष्ठता या किसी अन्य विषय से संबंधित कोई शिकायत निवेदन है तो वह इस आदेश के जारी होने के 15 दिन के अंतर्गत दे दी जानी चाहिए ।

आवंटित सर्किल तैनाती आदेश तत्काल और किसी भी हालत में 20.12.2006 से पहले जारी कर देंगे । संबंधित सर्किल के मुख्य पोस्टमास्टर जनरल अपने सर्किल में अधिकारियों के प्रभार ग्रहण करने और कार्यमुक्त होने के संबंध में 20.12.2006 तक निश्चित ही निदेशालय को एक समेकित रिपोर्ट भेजेंगे ।

2. General Conditions :-

The official will be directly promoted to Postal Service Group 'B ' without any training for the present . However they will have to undergo the prescribed training as and when notified by Dirctor, PSCI , Ghaziabad. A copy of the certificate givenby Director, PSCI , Ghaziabad on successful completion oftraining should be forwarded to Dir (Staff) for record.

6. Option for Fixation of Pay:

(i) No re-allotment requests will be considered within a period of one year. Leave taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one -year period for considering requests for re-allotments.

If the officer who wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation of pay under FR-22 ( 1) (a)( 1 ) should do so within one month from the date of promotion.

7. Officers Allotted out of their parent circles:

(ii) Appointment is conditional to the officer's placement in the designated circle.

(iii) It is the officer's responsibility to send a copy of the charge report on assumption of charge on the promoted post to Director (Staff) for record purpose .

The circles of allotment will immediately issue posting orders and in any case not later than 20.12.06 . The CPMSG ofthe concerned circle will report to Directorate regarding assumption of charge and relief of officers in their circle in a consolidated manner by 20.12.2006 positively.
