सं. बैपविवि. सं. आरईटी बीसी . 44/12.01.001 /2006-2007--भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 की धारा 42 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए तथा 22 जून 2006 की अपनी अधिसूचना बैपविवि. सं. आरईटी बीसी . 90/ 12.01.001/ 2005-2006 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करता है कि अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंकों द्वारा रखा जाने वाला अपेक्षित औसत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात ( सीआरआर ) नीचे उल्लिखित प्रभावी तारीखों से, उनके समक्ष दर्शाए गए अनुसार होगा: -

नं० 13 सी०ए० (परीक्षा) / मई / 2007: - चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स रेगूलेशन 1988 के रेगूलेशन 22 के अनुसार, दि कॉसिल ऑफ दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्टस ऑफ इण्डिया को अधिसूचना जारी करने में प्रसन्नता है कि व्यवसायिक शिक्षा- प्रथम, व्यवसायिक शिक्षा-द्वितीय , वृतिक सक्षमता पाठ्यक्रम (पी.सी.सी.) और फाईनल की परीक्षायें निम्नलिखित तिथियों तथा केन्द्रो पर होगी बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिये र्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।
उसी प्रकार चार्टड एकाउन्टेन्टस रेगूलेशन 1988 के अनुसूचित ' सी' 'डी' , 'ई' , 'जी' और 'एच' के अनुसार पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन पाठ्यक्रमों मैनेजमेन्ट एकाउन्टेन्सी पाठ्यक्रम (भाग- प्रथम ) कौरेपोरेट मैनेजमेन्ट पाठ्यक्रम (भाग-प्रथम) , टैक्स मैनेजमेन्ट पाठ्यक्रम (भाग - प्रथम), इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिक्स मैनेजमेंअ (आई०आर०एम०) और इन्टरनेशनल ट्रेड लॉज एवं वर्ल्ड ट्रेड आरगनाईजेशन (आई०टी०एल० एवं डब्लू टीओ) की परीक्षायें भी निम्नलिखित तिथियों तथा केन्द्रों (केवल भारत स्थित केन्द्रों) पर होगी , बशर्ते की प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा में प्रर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।
और चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स रेगूलेशन 1988 के रेगूलेशन 25 डी (3 ) व पाठ्य- विवरण जो कि दि चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स जनरल अगस्त 2006 अंक, के पेज संख्या 291-293 में छपा है के अनुसार सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा (सी. पी.टी. ) की परीक्षा निम्नलिखित केन्द्रो पर होगी, बशर्ते की प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिये प्र्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।
व्यवसायिक शिक्षा-प्रथम परीक्षाः-

परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक के डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा " सचिव", दि इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया के पक्ष में होनी चाहिए और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो ।
परिषद अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्र्तगत किसी भी परीक्षाकेन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्द कर सकती है ।
व्यवसायिक परीक्षा- प्रथम, व्यवसायिक परीक्षा- द्वितीय, वृत्तिक सक्षमता परीक्षा एवं फाईनल परीक्षाओं के लिये आवेदन पत्र, 01 फरवरी 2007 से उपलब्ध होगें, जो कि दि इन्स्टीटयूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया के संयुक्त सचिव (परीक्षा) के इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग , नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय से 60 /- रूपये प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान करने पर मिल सकता है । साथ ही मैनेजमेंट एकाउन्टेन्सी पाठ्यक्रम (भाग-प्रथम) कौरपोरेट मैनेजमेंट पाठ्यक्रम (भाग-प्रथम,) टैक्स मैनेजमैंट पाठ्यक्रम (भाग -प्रथम ), इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमेन्ट और इन्टरनेशनल ट्रेड एवं वर्ल्ड ट्रेड आरगानाईजेसन परीक्षाओं के लिये आवेदन पत्र 25/ - रू0 प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान पर उपलब्ध होगें । उपरोक्त सभी परीक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र 01 फरवरी 2007 से उपलब्ध होगें । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्राचों के कार्यालयों में भी उपलब्ध है और नगद भुगतान करने पर 01 फरवरी 2007 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं । 69 भाग III- खण्ड 4]

उपयुक्त प्रमाण पत्रों और शुल्क के साथ किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट लगाकर आवेदन पत्र आवेदन पत्र इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह संयुक्त सचिव (परीक्षा) के कार्यालय में 22.02.2007 तक पहुंच जाये । विद्यार्थी परिक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र इन्स्टीट्यूट के नई दिल्ली व विकेन्द्रित कार्यलयों मुम्बई, चेन्नई, कोलकाता, कानपुर , अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, हैदराबाद , जयपुर व पूना में 22.02.2007 के बाद 01.03.2007 तक 200/- रूपये विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ भी स्वीकार किये जायेगें । 01.03.2007 के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा । विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र इन्स्टीट्यूट के नई दिल्ली व विकेन्द्रित कार्यालयों मुम्बई, कोलकाता, चैन्नई, कानपुर, अहमदाबाद , बंगलौर, हैदराबाद , जयपुर एवं पूना में स्वयं आकर भी दिया जा सकता है ।
जबकि इंस्टीट्यूट के सदस्यों की परीक्षाओं मैनेजमैंट एकाउंटेन्सी पाठ्यक्रम (भाग -प्रथम) कौरपोरेट मैनेजमैंट पाठ्यक्रम (भाग-प्रथम) , टैक्स मैनेजमैंट पाठ्यक्रम (भाग -प्रथम) , इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमैंट और इन्टरनेशनल ट्रेड एवं वर्ल्ड ट्रेड आरगानाईजेसन परीक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र केवल इंस्टीट्यूट के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय में ही जमा कराये जा सकते हैं ।
व्यवसायिक शिक्षा-प्रथम परीक्षा के परीक्षार्थियों को इस परीक्षा सत्र में भी आवेदन पत्र वैबसाइट डब्लू.डब्लू.डब्लू. आईसीएआई.निक.इन पर सीधे भरने का विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा ।

दुबई आबुधाबी केन्द्र से बैठने वाले व्यवसायिक शिक्षा- प्रथम , व्यवसायिक शिक्षा- द्वितीय वृत्तिक सक्षमता पाठ्यक्रम और फाईनल के परीक्षार्थियों को यू०एस० डालर 200, यू० एस० डालर 250 और यू० एस० डालर 300 क्रमशः या उसके सममूल्य की भारतीय मुद्रा में परीक्षा शुल्क अदा करना पड़ेगा चाहे वे एक ग्रुप या दोनों ग्रुपों दोनों में बैठ रहे हों ।
काठमांडू केन्द्र में बैठने वाले व्यवसायिक शिक्षा- प्रथम, व्यवसायिक शिक्षा-द्वितीय, वृत्तिक सक्षमता पाठ्यक्रम और फाईनल के परीक्षार्थियों को भारतीय मुद्रा में रूपये 1500 / - रूपये, 1750/- एवं रूपये 2250/- क्रमशः या उसके सममूल्य की विदेशी मुद्रा में परीक्षा शुल्क अदा करना पड़ेगा , चाहे वे एक ग्रुप या दोनों में बैठ रहे हों । [भाग III-खण्ड 4 70

नामान्य प्रवोणता परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र
सामान्य प्रवीणता की परीक्षा के लिये आवेदन पत्र , जो कि सूचना विवरणिका में संलग्न है 2 मार्च 2007 से उपलब्ध होगें, जो कि दि इन्सटीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्टस ऑफ इण्डिया में संयुक्त (परीक्षा) के इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग, आईसीएआई भवन , नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय से 400 / - रूपये (रू 0 300 / - परीक्षा शुल्क व रू 0 100/- आवेदन पत्र व सूचना विवरणिका हेतु) प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान करने पर मिल सकता है । सूचना विवरणिका जिसमें सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा (सी.पी.टी. ) का आवेदन पत्र भी है में परीक्षा शुल्क भी सम्मिलित है, अतः आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के समय कोई अन्य शुल्क की आवश्यकता नहीं है । सूचना विवरणिका जिसमें आवेदन पत्र भी संलग्न है इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचो के कार्यालयों में भी उपलब्ध है और नगद भुगतान करने पर 2 मार्च 2007 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं । पूर्ण रूप से भरे हुये आवेदन पत्र 2 मार्च 2007 तक स्वीकार किये जायेगें व 2 मार्च 2007 के बाद आवेदन पत्र किसी भी स्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेगें ।
दुबई आबुधाबी केन्द्र से बैठने वाले परीक्षार्थियों को यू० एस ० डालर 110 ( यू ० एस०डालर 100 परीक्षा शुल्क व यू० एस ० डालर 10 आवेदन पत्र व सूचना विवरणिका हेतु) शुल्क अदा करना पड़ेगा जो कि सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा की सूचना विवरणिका खरीदते समय अदा करना होगा ।
काठमांडू केन्द्र से बैठने वाले परीक्षार्थियों को भारतीय रूपये 600/- रूपये, (भारतीय रूपये 500 परीक्षा शुल्क व भारतीय रूपये 100 आवेदन पत्र व सूचना विवरणिका हेतु) शुल्क अदा करना पड़ेगा जो कि सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा की सूचना विवरणिका खरीदते समय अदा करना होगा ।
सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा का पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र संयुक्त सचिव (परीक्षा) के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय में इस प्रकार भेजा जाये की वह दिनांक 23 मार्च 2007 तक पहुंच जायें । दिनांक 23 मार्च 2007 के पश्चात आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे । विद्यार्थी आवेदन पत्र नई दिल्ली व विकेन्द्रित कार्यालयों मुम्बई , कोलकाता , चेन्नई , कानपुर , अहमदाबाद , बंगलौर, हैदराबाद, जयपुर एवं पूना में स्वयं आकर भी जमा कर सकते हैं । इन नगरों में रहने वाले परीक्षार्थियों को इस सुविधा का फायदा उठाने की सलाह दी जाती है ।
हिन्दी में उत्तर लिखने की एच्छिकता

Applications for admission to these examinations are required to be made on the relevant prescribed form , copies of which may be obtained from the Joint Secretary ( Examinations ) , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , ICAI BHAWAN , Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110 002 on payment of Rs.60/- per application form in respect of Professional Education 1 , Professional Education -II , Professional Competence Course and Final Examinations . The cost of Examination application forms for Management Accountancy Course ( MAC Part-I) , Corporate Management Course ( CMC Part -I ) , Tax Management Course ( TMG Part- I ) , Insurance and Risk Management (IRM ) and International Trade Laws and World Trade Organisation ( ITL & WTO) examinations is Rs . 25/- per application form . The forms shall also be made available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained therefrom on cash payment on or from 1st February 2007.
Applications together with the prescribed fee by Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank may be sent so as to reach the Joint Secretary ( Examinations) at New Delhi not later than 22nd February 2007. However , applications will also be received direct by Delhi Office after 22nd February 2007 and upto 1st March 2007 with late fee of Rs . 200/- . Applications received after 1st March 2007 shall not be entertained under any circumstances . Candidates of Professional Education I , Professional Education II or Professional Competence Course(PCE) and Final examinations opting for Dubai /Abu Dhabi Centre are required to remit US $ 200 , US$ 250 and US$ 300 respectively or its equivalent Indian Currency irrespective of whether the candidates appear in a group or in both the groups.
Candidates of Professional Education - I , Professional Education - Il or Professional Competence Course ( PCE) and Final Examinations opting for Kathmandu centre are required to remit Indian Rs . 1500/- , Rs.1750/- and Rs.2250/- respectively or its equivalent relevant foreign currency irrespective of whether the candidates appear in a group or in both the groups .
APPLICATION FOR COMMON PROFICIENCY TEST:
Applications for admission to Common Proficiency Test is required to be made on the relevant prescribed form as contained in the Information Brochure , which may be obtained from the Joint Secretary (Examinations) , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , ICAI Bhawan , Indraprastha Marg , New Delhi 110.002 on payment of Rs . 400/-( Rs.300/- towards examination fees and Rs . 100/- towards cost of application form and Information brochure ) per application form . Since the cost of Information brochure containing Common Proficiency Test application form includes the examination fee no separate fee is required to be remitted at the time of submitting the filled in application form. It may be noted that there is no provision for acceptance of application forms after 23 March 2007 with late fee.

No.U - 16/53/ 2001 /Med.II ( Kerala ) : - In pursuance of the resolution passed by ESI Corporation at its meeting held on 25.4.1951 conferring upon the Director General the powers of the Corporation under Regulation 105 of the ESI (General ) Regulation , 1950 and such powers further delegated to me vide Director General's Order No. 1024 (G ) dated 23.5.1983 , I hereby authorize the following doctor to function as Medical Authority at a monthly remuneration in accordance with the norms w.e.f. the date given below for one year or till a full time Medical Referee joins, whichever is earlier , for centres as stated below for areas to be allocated by State Medical Commissioner , Kerala for the purpose of medical examination of the insured person and grant of further certificates to them when the correctness of the original certificate is in doubt .
