का.नि.आ. 3.- रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम , 1903 (1903 का 7) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदेत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा घोषणां करती है कि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में इल्लिखित भूमि राजस्थान राज्य के जोधपुर जिले के रालवास , नागतलाव में 669 सेना उड्डयन स्क्वाडून ( टोह तथा निगरानी ) के निकट स्थित होने के कारण राजस्थान राज्य के जोधपुर जिले में स्थित भूमि के उपयोग तथा अधिभोग पर उपर्युक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड ( ग ) में निर्दिष्ट प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना आवश्यक है ताकि उक्त भूमि को अधिसूचना की तारीख से भविष्य में निर्माण करने अथवा और अधिक भवनों का निर्माण करने तथा अन्य बाधाओं से मुक्त रखा जा सके।

New Delhi , the 3rd January, 2007 S.R.O. 3.- In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act , 1903 ( 7 of 1903) , the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose restrictions specified in clause ( c) of Section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land situated in the District of Jodhpur in the State of Rajasthan, described in the Schedule given below, being land lying in the vicinity of 669 Army Aviation Squadron (Reconnaissance and Observation) Base at Ralawas , Nagtalao in the District of Jodhpur in the State of Rajasthan in order that the said land may be kept free from construction or crection of further buildings and other obstructions in future from the date of issue of notification .
(ii) कालम 13 , बिन्दु 3 में उल्लिखित अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति को हटा दिया जाए ।
2.A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of District Collector , Jodhpur .
