पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के पश्चात्, नई श्रेणी हेतु निर्धारित मानदडों के तहत 5 वर्ष की अवधि के दौरान विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की विशेषज्ञ समिति की वार्षिक कार्यनिष्पादन रिपोर्ट के आधार पर सुमनदीप विद्यापीठ को स्थायी रूप से ' सम विश्वविद्यालय ' का दर्जा प्रदान किया जाएगा ।
( 2) यह घोषणा इस अधिसूचना के पृष्ठांकन की क्र. सं. 7 में उल्लिखित शर्तों के अधीन है ।
सं. 2-24/93-पी.एन . I ( पार्ट) भारत सरकार ने महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय की प्रभारी मंत्री को केन्द्रीय शिक्षा सलाहकार बोर्ड (केब ) , जिसे दिनांक 6 जुलाई 2004 के इस विभाग के संकल्प सं. 2-24/93-पी.एन. - 1 के जरिए पुनर्गठित किया गया था , में भारत सरकार के प्रतिनिधि की श्रेणी के अन्तर्गत शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
(3 ) भारत सरकार या विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग , सुमनदीप विद्यापीठ, ग्राम पिपरिया, वघोड़िया तालुक, जिला वडोदरा ( गुजरात ) अथवा इसके किसी भी संघटक संस्थान को कोई योजनागत या योजनेत्तर अनुदान प्रदान नहीं करेंगे ।
दिनांक 6 जुलाई 2004 के उक्त संकल्प का संलग्नक अब श्रेणी सं. 3 ' भारत सरकार के प्रतिनिधि ' में उक्त नाम जोड़ने की सीमा तक संशोधित माना जाएगा ।

RESOLUTION
No. K - 12012/ 5/16/ 2006 - P & R/6065.- The All India Handicrafts Board was reconstituted vide resolution of even No.dated 08th September, 2006 for a tenure of two years . The Government of India has decided to induct Shri Narender Choudhary, Kuchesur Road Chopla, Hapur, Dist. Ghaziabad (U.P. ), as new non - official Member in the All India Handicrafts Board while retaining all officials and non - official Members of the existing All India Handicrafts Board constituted vide resolution dated 08th September , 2006, 23rd October , 2006, 22nd & 27th November, 2006 and 5th , 12th, 21st & 22nd December, 2006 and 5th January 2007.
The present strength of the Board shall be 58 Members comprising of Chairman, 24 official Members including Member Secretary and 33 non -official Members in the reconstituted All India Handicrafts Board.
All other terms and conditions recorded in the resolution dated 08th Septernber , 2006, will , however , remain same and unchanged.

No. 2-24/93 - P.N.I (Pt .) .-The Government of India have decided to include the Minister in charge of the Ministry of Women and Child Development under the category of representatives of the Government of India in the Central Advisory Board of Education (CABE) reconstituted vide this Department's Resolution No. 2-24/93 - PN.I dated 6th July, 2004.
TheAnnexure to the aforesaid Resolution dated 6th July, 2004 will stand modified to the extent of incorporating the above addition under the category No. 3 'Representatives of the Government of India .' 56

Afterthe period of five years , the status of 'Deemed to be Univeristy' conferred upon the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth shall be confirmed onthe basis of performance report of the UGC Review Committee done annually for a five year period as per norms under de novo category.
2. This declaration is subject to the conditions mentioned at Sl . No. 7 of the endorsement of this notification .
Also ordered that a copy of the Resolution be forwarded to all the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India, all State Governments /Union Territories Administration, Universities , Institutions /Organisations of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development etc. for information.
3. Government of India or the University Grants Commission will not provide any Plan or Non Plan grants to Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Village Piparia, Taluka Waghodia , District Vadodara ( Gujarat) or any of its constituent institutions.
