A. ForBye- law 803 ( b ) , the following Bye - law shall be substituted , namely:-
"Average of the three days ' ready delivery prices (including the last trading day) at other delivery centers as and when such delivery centers are specified by the Executive Committee in terms of Bye - law No. 520 after taken into account the transport charges to Indore , Value Added Tax , etc ; however in case of Soybean the aforesaid ready delivery prices shall be exclusive of Value Added Tax . "
B. For Item No. 1.5(a ) of Schedule I to the Bye -Laws of the Exchange, the following shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( a) Yellow Soybean :
( i) Moisture 8 % 10% max . (as may be decided by the Executive Committee at the time of opening of Contract)
( ii) Sand Silica 2 % max
( iii) Damaged 2 % max
(iv) Green Seed 7 % max "
C. For Item No. 1.6 (a) of Schedule I to the Bye - Laws of the Exchange, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(9a) Soybean :
(i) Moisture upto + 2 % accepted at 1 : 1 ; above +2% rejected.
(ii) Foreign Matter upto +2 % accepted at 1 : 1 ; above +2% rejected .
(iii) Damaged Seeds upto +2-5 % accepted at 1 :2; above + 5 % rejected.
