2. श्री बी. डी. गुप्ता की तदर्थ नियुक्ति निम्नांकित शर्तों के अधीन होगी:--
(क ) चूंकि तदर्थ नियुक्ति कामचलाऊ व्यवस्था है, अतः इससे उन्हें ग्रेड में अनिश्चित अवधि तक बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्तिके लिए चयन सूची में उनका नाम शामिल किये जाने या अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
(ख ) तदर्थ व्यवस्था अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता कोय /सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के जरिए नियमित 280
उम्मीदवार मिलने तक अथवा अगले आदेश तक जारी रहेगी । अगर तदर्थ रूप से नियुक्त अभ्यर्थी इन दोनों श्रेणियों में से किसी एक में नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु अर्ह नहीं होते , तो ऐसे नियमित अधिकारियों के उपलब्ध होने पर उन्हें उस तारीख से, जब वे ( नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी ) कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा उन्हें आंबटित संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करेंगे, सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।
