2. उपरोक्त नियुक्ति आवास और शहरी गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय में जवाहरलाल नेहरू राष्ट्रीय शहरी नवीकरण मिशन ( जेएनएनयूआरएम ) के उप मिशन के निदेशालय में 10,000-325-15,200/- रुपये के वेतनमान में उप निदेशक ( बाह्य संवर्ग ) के एक रिक्त के पद पर पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर है और इससे अधिकारी को इस वर्ग में अनिश्चित अवधि तक बने रहने अथवा वरिष्ठता या उच्च वर्ग में पदोन्नतिं आदि का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा । सरकार के पास संबंधित अधिकारी को बिना कोई कारण बताए या कोई सूचना दिए बिना तदर्थ नियुक्ति को समाप्त करने का अधिकार होगा । दिनांक 14.9.92 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया व जिसे इस कार्यालय के ज्ञापन सं. 25-19/88- एसपीजी दिनांक13.10.92 के साथ परिचालित किया गया था, उसमें उल्लिखित किस्म का कोई सतर्कता/अनुशासनिक मामला यदि कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ लंबित है, तो उसे इस कार्यालय से विशिष्ट आदेश प्राप्त किए बिना तैनाती के लिए कार्यमुक्त नहीं किया जाना चाहिए । वे कर्मचारी जिनके विरुद्ध कोई दण्ड प्रवर्तित है, उन्हें दण्डकी मियाद के समाप्त होने से पूर्व पदोन्नति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए । इस संबंध में एक रिपोर्ट तत्काल भेजी जाए ।

5. प्रशिक्षण

2. मंत्रीके निजी सचिव के रूप में पांच वर्ष का कार्यकाल मंत्री के निजी सचिव को यथा अनुमेय सात वर्ष की संयुक्त केन्द्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति अवधि में शामिल है । केन्द्र में उनकी प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि की गणना दिनांक 10.11.2003 से की जाएगी ।
फिलहाल डाक सेवा समूह ' ख ' में बिना किसी प्रशिक्षण के कर्मचारी को सीधी पदोन्नति दी जाएगी । तथापि, जब और जैसे निदेशक, पोस्टल स्टाफ कालेज , गाजियाबाद द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाएगा, उन्हें निर्धारित प्रशिक्षण लेनाहोगा । प्रशिक्षण के सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने पर निदेशक, पोस्टल स्टाफ कालेज, गाजियाबाद द्वारा दिए गए प्रमाण -पत्र की एक प्रति रिकार्ड के लिए निदेशक ( स्टाफ ) को अग्रेषित कर दी जाए ।

(A)dt. 14.09.1992 circulated vide this office memo No.25-19/88 -SPG dated 13.10.1992 is pending against the officials , they should not be relieved for posting without obtaining specific orders from this office . The official against whom any punishment is current they should not be promoted before expiry of currency ofpunishment. A report in this regard be submitted immediately.
4. PROBATION PERIOD :

The above appointment is purely on ad - hoc basis against one vacancy of Deputy Director (Ex- Cadre) in the scale of Rs . 10,000-325-15,200/- in the Directorate of the Sub-Mission of Jawahar Lal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission ( JNNURM) in the Ministry of Housing and Urban PovertyAlleviation and will not confer any right to the officer to continue indefinitely or for seniority in the grade or for promotion to the higher grade etc. The Government reserves the right to terminate the ad- hoc appointment without assigning any reasons or giving notice etc. to the officer concerned. :
