सा.का.नि. 67.- केंद्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 47 ) की धारा 141 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख) और खंड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सीमा सुरक्षा बल जल स्कंध , समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2005 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल जल स्कंध , समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । ।
2. सीमा सुरक्षा बल जल स्कंध , समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2005 में-
(क ) नियम 4 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित नियम अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
"4क. जल स्कंध काडर में आमेलन. जल स्कंध में पहले से ही कार्यरत अधिकारी जल स्कंध काडर में आमेलन के लिए अपने अप्रतिसंहरणीय विकल्प का प्रयोग करेंगे । "
(ख) अनुसूची में, -
(i) उप निरीक्षक ( मास्टर ) के पद से संबंधित क्रमांक 1 के सामने ,-
(अ ) स्तंभ 8 के अधीन,-

(कक ) मद ( 2 ) में , " मास्टर सार्टिफिकेट " शब्दों से पहले " प्रथम श्रेणी " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे । (खख ) मद ( 3 ) में,
(क) उपमद ( ख ) ( i ) में , " लेह और लद्दाख " शब्दों के पश्चात्, " और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों" शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
(ख) उपमद ( ध ) में , " सीमा सुरक्षा बल चिकित्सा निर्देशिका में विनिर्दिष्ट" शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ग ) मद ( 5 ) में , " सीमा सुरक्षा बल की प्रशिक्षण निर्देशिका में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट" शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
( आ) स्तंभ 12 के अधीन, -
(i) मद ( ग) में, -
(कक) उपमद ( i ) में, " सीमा सुरक्षा बल निर्देशिका " शब्दों के स्थान पर " समय - समय पर महानिदेशक, सीमा सुरक्षा बल द्वारा " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
(खख) उपमद ( iii ) में, मद ( 3 ) में " सीमा सुरक्षा बल निर्देशिका जिल्द IX में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट " शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ii ) उप निरीक्षक ( कार्यशाला ) के पद से संबंधित क्रमांक 2 के सामने,-
(अ) स्तंभ 8 के अधीन,-
(i) मद (3 ) में-
(क) उपमद ( ख ) ( i ) में, " लेह और लद्दाख " शब्दों के पश्चात् " और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
( ख ) उपमद ( ध ) में , " सीमा सुरक्षा बल चिकित्सा निर्देशिका में विनिर्दिष्ट " शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ग ) मद (5 ) में, " सीमा सुरक्षा बल की प्रशिक्षण निर्देशिका में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट " शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
( आ) स्तंभ 12 के अधीन.-

(क) उपमद ( ख ) ( i ) में, " लेह और लद्दाख " शब्दों के पश्चात् " और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
(ख) उपमद ( ध ) में, " सीमा सुरक्षा बल चिकित्सा निर्देशिका में विनिर्दिष्ट " शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ग ) मद ( 5 ) में , " सीमा सुरक्षा बल की प्रशिक्षण निर्देशिका में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट " शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(आ) स्तंभ 11 के अधीन , विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
75 प्रतिशत प्रोन्नति द्वारा , जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति या पुनः नियोजन द्वारा ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) ; और (!),, 403 भारत का राजपत्र : अप्रैल 28 , 2007/वैशाख 8 , 1929

25 प्रतिशत सीधी भर्ती द्वारा " ।
(ii)
(इ) स्तंभ 12 के अधीन ,-
मद (ग ) में, -

कक) मद ( i ) में , " सीमा सुरक्षा बल निर्देशिका " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " समय- समय पर महानिदेशक, सीमा सुरक्षा बल द्वारा " शब्द रखे जाऐंगे ।

G.S.R. 67. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) and (c) of sub - section (2) of Section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 ( 47 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Border Security Force Water Wing Group ' C' Posts Recruitment Rules , 2005 , namely : -
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force Water Wing Group ' C ' Posts Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2007 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Border Security Force Water Wing Group ' C ' Posts Recruitment Rules , 2005,
(a) after rule 4. following rule shall be inserted , namely :-
"4A. Absorption in Water Wing Cadre . Officers already workinig in Water Wing shall exercise their irrevocable option for absorption in Water Wing Cadre . "
(b) In the Schedule ,-
(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Sub - Inspector ( Master),---
(A) under column 8 ,-
(aa) in item (2) before the words "Master Certificate " the words " First Class " shall be inserted.
(bb) in item ( 3) .—
(a) in sub - item (b) ( i) after the words "Leh and Ladakh " the words " and North Eastern States shall be inserted .
(b) in sub - item (d) the words starting from " specified " and ending with " Manual " shall be deleted.
(c) in item (5), the words starting from " as specified " and ending with "Force " shall be deleted.
