सा.का. नि. 68.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी ( सामाजिक अध्ययन ) समूह ' क' पद भर्ती नियम , 2005 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी ( सामाजिक अध्ययन ) समूह ' क ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 होगा ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी ( सामाजिक अध्ययन ) समूह ' क ' पद भर्ती नियम , 2005 की अनुसूची में :
(क) कॉलम 13 में दी गई विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्ः-

G.S.R. 68. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Office of the Registrar General, India, Senior Research Officer ( Social Studies) Group 'A' Post Recruitment Rules , 2005, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Office of the Registrar General, India , Senior Research Officer (Social Studies) Group ' A' Post Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2007 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Office of the Registrar General , India, Senior Research Officer (Social Studies) Group ' A' PostRecruitment Rules , 2005,----
(a) under the column 13 , for the existing entries , the following entries shall be substituted , namely:-

सा.का.नि. 69. राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय ( मानचित्र विश्लेषक ) भर्ती नियम, 2004 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय ( मानचित्र विश्लेषक ) भर्ती संशोधन नियम , 2007 होगा । ( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय ( मानचित्र विश्लेषक ) भर्ती नियम , 2004 की अनुसूची में:

1. (1) These rules may be called the Office of the Registrar General , India (Map Analyst) Recruitment Amendment Rules , 2007 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Office of the Registrar General , India (Map Analyst) Reeruitment Rules , 2004:-
(a) in column 13 , for the existing entries , the following entries shall be substituted, namely:--

सा.का.नि. 70.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (ज्येष्ठ पुलिस पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो ( ज्येष्ठ पुलिस पद ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2007 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो ( ज्येष्ठ पुलिस पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2000 की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्र. सं. 4 के सामने , स्तंभ 5 में, " योग्यता के आधार पर चयन " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः-

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation (Senior Police Posts ) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
