ए ) एक्सचेंज का निशेद मण्डल अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस के पंजीकरण के लिए पांच या उससे अधिक सदस्यों की एक समिति गठित करेंगे जिसे वेयर हाउस अभिप्रमाणित कार्य कहा जायेगा । बोर्ड को ऐसी समिति के सदस्यों की संख्या बढ़ाने या घटाने के या ऐसी समिति के किसी सदस्य को हटाने नियुक्त करने के सभी अधिकार होंगे ।
(बी) वेयर हाउसिंग अभिप्रमाणकर्ता समिति द्वारा इस उदेश्य के लिए अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हादसों द्वारा सभी सुपुर्दगी आदेश जारी किये जायेंगे ।
( स्त्री) वेयर हाउस अभिप्रमाणकता सभी सुपुर्दगी केन्द्रों और किसी भी स्थान पर एक या एक से अधिक वेयर हाउस नियुक्त करेगी जिन्हें अभिप्रमाणित बेयर हाउस कहा जायेगा और उपविधियों के अनुसार सुपुर्दगी करने के उद्देश्य से लाईसेन्स जारी करेगी । (डी) वेयर हाउसिंग अभिप्रमाणकर्ता समिति को अपने स्वविवेक से अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस निलम्बित करने या बर्खास्त करने और उनसे उनके स्थान पर अन्य को नियुक्त करने का अधिकार प्राप्त होगा बशर्ते कि वेयर हाउस का लाईसेन्स निरस्त करने के पूर्व उसे उसका पक्ष रखने का अवसर दिया गया हो ।
( ई ) अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस भण्डारण , बीमा, सुरक्षा आवश्यकताओं, सुपुर्दगी की समय सारिणी, पक्की सड़क , तौलाई की मशीन की सुविधा, बिजली की सुविधा और ऐसी अन्य आवश्यकताओं का अनुपालन करेगा जैसा कि वेयर हाउस अभिप्रमाणित कर्ता समिति समय -समय पर विनिर्दिष्ट करे ।
(एफ ) अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस उसे उस रूप में स्वीकार किये जाने पर और अपनी उस रूप में कार्य अवधि तक ऐसी धनराशि को सुरक्षा
331 अग्रिम रूप में जाना करेगा तथा ऐसा शुल्क जमा करेगा जिसे वेयर हाउस अभिप्रमाणकर्ता समिति समय- समय पर विनिर्दिष्ट करे । (जी) एक्सचेंज का बोर्ड, स्वविवेक से जमा सुरक्षा धनराशि पर ऐसी दर पर जैसा कि समय- समय पर निर्धारित किया जाये ब्याज (दर बचत अकाउन्टस ज्यादा नहीं ) का भुगतान कर सकता है । ( एच ) वेयर हाउस अभिप्रमाणकर्ता समिति फिलहाल गुजरात राज्य में अभिप्रमाणित वेंयर हाउस को अनुमोदित करेगी और यदि आवश्यकता हो तथा वैसा करने की आवश्यकता हो ती गुजरात के बाहर के उत्पादन केन्द्रों के लिए भी अनुमोदित करेगी । (आई ) अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस के स्थान से अहमदाबाद तक के लिए जितना सुपुर्दगी चार्ज (खर्च) निर्धारित किया जाये उसका भुगतान बिक्रीकर्ता को करना होगा ।
(जे ) तेल बीजों, तेल खली और अन्य चीजों के सभी सुपुर्दगी आदेश केवल अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस द्वारा ही होंगे ।
7 उपविधि 162 में आयी शब्दावली उसके या उनके ' अभिकर्ता (एजेंट) के स्वामित्व का गोदाम' को शब्दावली अभिप्रमाणित वेयर हाउस ( वेयर हाउसों ) से स्थानापन्न किया जाये ।

S. O.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation ) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) theAhmedabad Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Ahmedabad with the previous approval of the Forward Markets Commission hereby amends the Bye- laws of the Ahmedabad Commodity Exchange Ltd., Ahmedabad published in the Gazette of India, in pages - 10 of part dated namely:-
"The bye- laws of the Exchange shall be amended as follows :-
1 After Bye- law 45, the following new Bye-law 45-A" shall be added, namely:
45-A
(i) 'Godown' means 'Cerified Warehouse'.
(ii) The word'Godown' wherever appears in Byelaws should be read as 'Certified Warehouse' .
(iii) 'Upcountry Delivery' means delivery from 'Certified Warehouse' . The words 'Upcountry Delivery' wherever appear in Byelaws should be read as 'Certified Warehouse' .

before the licence of warehouse is terminated, such certified warehouse shall be given an opportunity of being heard .
(iv) 'Upcountry centre' means certified warehouse. The words 'Upcountry Centre ' wherever appear in Byelaws should be read as 'Certified Warehouse'.
2 The existing Bye- law 49 shall beered.
3 In the Bye - law 144 , the words ' any place he substituted by the words Certified Warehouse' .
4 The existing Bye- law 145 shall be deleted.
(e) The certified warehouse shall comply with such requirements as to storage , insurance , safely requirements , delivery timings, pakka roads , weigh bridge facility , Electricity facility and such other requirements as may be specified from time to time by the warehouse certifying committee.
5 In the Bye-law 147 , for the words 'Upcountry Centres', the words 'certified warehouse ' shall be substituted .
6 In the Bye- law 153 , for the words 'Upcountry Centres' the words 'certified warchouse' shall be added .
(1) The certified warehouse upon admission and during ils tenure as such shall be required to make security deposit and pay such fees in advance as may be specified by warehouse certifying committee from tithe te time .
7 After the existing Byclaw 158, the following new Bye- law 158-A shall be added :-

(3) The Board of exchange at its discretion pay interest on security depon at such rates (but not exceeding prevailing Saving Bank interest rate) as may be decided from 10 lime .
(h ) Warehouse certifying committee will approve the certified warchouse for the time being in Gujarat and if required and necessary will approve for other producing centres out of Gujarat .
(a) The Board of Directors of the exchange shall constitute a committee of 5 or more members called 'warehouse certifying committee' for registration of certified warehouses. The Board shall have all the powers to increase or decrease the number of members of such committee or to appoint/ remove any member of such committee.
(i) The seller will be required to pay delivery charges as may be fixed from the place of certified warehouse to Ahmedabad .
(b) All delivery orders are to be issued fron certified warehouses approved for the purpose by the warehouse certifying committee .
(1) All delivery orders in cil - seed, oils , oil cakes and other commodity shall be from certified warehouse only.
(c) Warehouse certifying committee will appoint one or more warehouse called certified warehouse( s ) at all delivery centres and at any place and will issue licenses for the purpose of effecting deliveries as per theBy-laws.
8 In Bye- law 162 , the words ' Godown belonging to him of his agent he substituted by the words lying in certified ward : ause( s)' .
