2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर है और इससे उक्त अधिकारी को इस ग्रेड में आमेलन अथवा निजी सविच ग्रेड [ आशुलिपिक ग्रेड " क " और " ख " ( विलयित ) ] में वरिष्ठता संबंधी दावे का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा ।

2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति उन्हें ग्रेड में अनिश्चित अवधि तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल होने या चयन ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने के लिए कोई अधिकार नहीं प्रदान करेगी । यह तदर्थ रिन्युक्ति किसी भी समय बिना कोई नोटिस दिए समाप्त की जा सकती है ।
