एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि कम्पनीज अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 497 के अनुसरण में कम्पनी के समापन से संबधित समापक के खाचों का विस्तृत ब्यौरा पेश करने हेतु कम्पनी की आम सभा दिनांक 25 जून, 2007 को प्रातः 11 बजे कम्पनी के पंजीकृत कार्यालय पर आयोजित की गई है । आम सभा में कम्पनी के खातों एवं दस्तावेजों के निष्पादन के विषय में विशेष संकल्प पत्र द्वारा निर्णय लिया जायेगा ।
