सं. 1/2/2006-सीटी II निम्नलिखित सदस्य को 26.06.2006 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना द्वारा पुनर्गठित कपास सलाहकार बोर्ड में तत्काल प्रभाव से नामित किया जाता है:-

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना की एक प्रति संबधित व्यक्तियों को भेजी जाए ।

सं. एफ. 9-43/2006- यू. 3A--विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए केन्द्र सरकार, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर एतद् द्वारा स्वामी रामा विद्यापीठ, स्वामी रामा नगर, पी.ओ. डोइवाला, देहरादून, उत्तराखण्ड, जिसमें केवल मेडिकल कालेज है, को उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ अपने मेडिकल कालेज ( हिमालयन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साईंसेज ) स्वयं को हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा गढ़वाल विश्वविद्यालय , श्रीनगर (गढ़वाल ) , उत्तराखण्ड से असम्बद्ध होने की तारीख से सम विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में घोषित करती है ।
(2 ) यह घोषणा इस अधिसूचना के पृष्ठांकन की क्रम संख्या 7 में उल्लिखित शर्तों के भी अधीन है ।
( 3) भारत सरकार अथवा विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग स्वामी रामा विद्यापीठ और इसकी किसी संघटक इकाई को कोई योजनागत अथवा योजनेत्तर अनुदान नहीं देंगे ।

No. F. 9-43/2006- U.3 (A) .-In exercise of the power conferredby Section 3 of the University Grants Commission act, 1956 , the Central Government , on the advice of the University Grant Commission ( UGC) , hereby declare that Swami Rama Vidyapeeth, Swami Rama Nagar, P.O. Doiwala , Dehradun, Uttarakhand , consisting of Medical college only, shall be a 'Deemed- to-be -University' for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, with effect form the date the Swami Rama Vidyapeeth disaffiliated its Medical College ( Himalayan Institute ofMedical Sciences) from the affiliating university, viz. , Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar (Garhwal ) , Uttarakhand.
2. This declaration is also subject to further conditions mentioned at sl . No. 7 of the endorsement of this notification .
3. Government of India or the University Grants Commission will not provide any Plan and Non - Plan grants to Swami Rama Vidyapeeth or any of its constituent units .
