दि अहमदाबाद कमोडिटी ठक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड, अहमदाबाद की उपविधियों में निम्नलिखित संशोधनों पर वायदा संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 19:12 ( वर्ष 1952 का अधिनियम 74 ) को धारा 11 के अन्तर्गत उपनिर्देशक वायदा बाजार आयोग का अनुमोदन 24 में, 2007 प्राप्त हो गया है और इसे त्रायदा संविदा (विनिमय ) नियमावली , 1654 के नियम और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचित किया गया है ।
संशोधन
1. निश्चित किया गया कि परिभाषाओं में उपलब्ध 171 में निम्नलिखित लाइन जोड़ी जायें :
" 1.5%" पेनाल्टो की रकम में से खरीददार को 90 % पेनाल्टी रकम मिलेंगी और ट्रेड गैरंटी फंड में ट्रान्सफर किया जायेगा । 2. निश्चित किया गया कि " परिभाषाओं में उपलब्ध 263 में तीस्तरी लाइन में रकम " र. 25 " की जगह " रु. 200 " रखा जाये ।
पांचवी लाइन में रकम रु. " 50 " की जगह " रु. 400 " रखा जाये ।
छठवीं लाइन में रकम " रु . 100 " की जगह " 450 " रखा जाये । और निम्नन्लिखित लाइन उपलब्ध 263 में :
