2. इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से अनिश्चित काल के लिए ग्रेड में बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने या ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा । इस तदर्थ नियुक्तिको बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त किया जा सकता है ।
