गोल्डन रोज इम्पेक्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड RESOLVED FURTHER THAT pursuant to the provisions of section 490 , 512, 513 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act , 1956 the consent of the members of the company be and is hereby accorded to appoint Mr. Rahul Kapoor ( Proprietor ) of M/ s Rahul Kapoor & Associates , Chartered Accountants as the Liquidator and is hereby authorized to exercise all or any of the powers given under section 457 of the Companies Act, 1956 during the course of members voluntary winding up of the company.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Directors of the company severally authorized to file necessary forms , notices , returns and other documents , papers etc as may be required with Registrar of Companies and with such other authorities as may be requried. "
