सं. 2(4)/2006 - स्थापना-- राष्ट्रपति, इस्पात मंत्रालय के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा संवर्ग के सहायक श्री सुभाष चन्द्र को दिनांक 6.7.2007 (पूर्वाह्न) से 31.12.07 तक या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, इस्पात मंत्रालय के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा संवर्ग में अनुभाग अधिकारी के रूप में तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्त करते हैं ।
तदर्थ आधार पर की गई यह नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित शर्तों पर होगी: --
2. इस तदर्थ पदोन्नति से उच्च ग्रेड में निश्चित काल तक बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए सीएसएस के अनुभाग अधिकारियों की चयन सूची में नाम शामिल करने के लिए आधार बनने या अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरीयता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा । इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उन्हें अनिश्चित काल तक इस पद पर बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने या केन्द्रीय सचिवालय 903 भारत का राजपत्र, सितम्बर 8 , 2007 ( भाद्रपद 17, 1929)
