भारत सरकार के मंत्रालयों ( रक्षा मंत्रालय को छोड़कर ) और केन्द्रीय अधिकारियों ( संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासनों को छोड़कर ) द्वारा विधि के अंतर्गत बनाए और जारी किए गए साधारण सांविधिक नियम ( जिनमें साधारण प्रकार के आदेश, उप-नियम आदि सम्मिलित हैं )
General Statutory Rules (Including Orders, Bye- laws etc. of a general character) issued by the Ministries of the Government of India ( other than the Ministry of Defence) and by the Central Authorities (other than the Administrations of Union Territories)

सा. का. नि. 191.- केन्द्रीय सरकार , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 61 ) की धारा 26 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग नियम , 2006 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है ।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2006 में " शेष कुमार पुलिपाका, संयुक्त सचिव " शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित टिप्पण अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:
" टिप्पण- मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण भाग II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( i ) में अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 483 ( अ ) तारीख 17 अगस्त, 2006 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे" ।

टिप्पण : मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( i ) में अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 483 ( अ ) तारीख 17 अगस् 2006 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 728( अ ) तारीख 30 नवम्बर , 2006 द्वाग किए गया ।

New Delhi , the 12th September , 2007
G.S.R. 191. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- sections ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of Section 26 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act , 1956 (61 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules , 2006, namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Khadi and Village Industries Commission ( Amendment ) Rules , 2007.
(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (Amendment) Rules , 2006, after the words " SESH KUMAR PULIPAKA , Jt . Secy. " , the following Note shall be inserted , namely :-
"Note: The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (i) vide notification number G.S.R. 483 ( E) dated the 17th August, 2006 " .
