संख्या- 160-प्रेज/2007- इस सचिवालय की दिनांक 26 जुलाई, 1979 की अधिसूचना संख्या 33- प्रेज़ /79 में प्रकाशित अग्रता सूची में राष्ट्रपति द्वारा अनुमोदित, निम्नलिखित संशोधन , सामान्य सूचना के लिए अधिसूचित किए जाते हैं:
(क) अनुच्छेद 9 क में
"मुख्य निवार्चन आयुक्त" से पूर्व प्रविष्टि " अध्यक्ष , संघ लोक सेवा आयोग " को जोड़ना ।
(ख) अनुच्छेद 17 में
प्रविष्टि " अध्यक्ष , संघ लोक सेवा आयोग" को हटाना ।
प्रविष्टि " अध्यक्ष, अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग" के स्थान पर
दो अलग प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित करनाः
"अध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग" ।
"अध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग"।
(ग) अनुच्छेद 23 में
प्रविष्टि "सदस्य, अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग" के स्थान पर
दो अलग प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित करनाः
