सं. के -12012/ 5/16/2006- पी एण्ड आर/ 7186--अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन , दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के तहत् 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिये किया गया था । भारत सरकार ने श्री प्रमोद गुगालिया, जी 3 , गोयल डुपलैक्स -8, गुलमोहर कालोनी, भोपाल , मध्य प्रदेश को नए गैर - सरकारी सदस्य के रूप में अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है जबकि 8 सितम्बर, 2006, 23 अक्तूबर, 2006 , 22 एवं 27 नवम्बर, 2006, 5, 12, 21 एवं 22 दिसम्बर, 2006 , 5 एवं 10 जनवरी , 2007 , 1 एवं14 फरवरी, 2007 , 2, 7 , एवं 9 मार्च, 2007, 8 , 16,19 मई, 2007 , 25 जुलाई, 2007 , 3 , 29 अगस्त, 2007, 11 सितम्बर, 2007 एवं 17 सितम्बर, 2007 के संकल्प के तहत् गठित मौजूदा अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के सभी सरकारी एवं गैर- सरकारी सदस्य यथावत बने रहेंगे ।
पुनर्गठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में अध्यक्ष , सदस्य सचिव सहित 24 सरकारी सदस्यों तथा 60 गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को शामिल करते हुए बोर्ड की वर्तमाम संख्या 85 सदस्य हो जाएगी । तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।
आदेश
1 आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति सभी संबंधितों को प्रेषित की जाए तथा इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं. 5 ( 3 )/2004- डी- I (. ) इस्पात मंत्रालय के दिनांक 24मार्च, 2006 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के पैरा 7 के तहत स्वर्गीय श्री जगदीश भाई रामदास परमार के स्थान पर गुजरात से श्री हमीद खान आई पठान, निवासी-8 , सिल्वर कॉम्पलैक्स , प्रथम तल , एग्रो पेट्रोल पंप के सामने , जुहापुरा , सरखेज रोड़, अहमदाबाद -56 को इस्पात मंत्रालय की इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद के सदस्य के रूप में एतद्वारा नामित किया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसद सचिवालय, योजना आयोग और भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक और इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद के सभी सदस्यों सहित सभी राज्य सरकारों , संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रशासन, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों को उपर्युक्त संकल्प की एक प्रति संप्रेषित कीजाए ।
2. यह भी आदेश हैं कि आम जानकारी के लिए इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

No. 5 ( 3 )/ 2004- D - I ( .) -Shri Hameed Khan 1 , Pathan , resident of 8 , Silver Complex , First Floor, Opposite Agro Petrol Pump, Juhapura , Sarkhej Road , Ahmedabad - 56 is hereby nominated as member to Steel Consumer's Council of Ministry of Steel vice Late Shri Jagdish Bhai Ramdas Parmar, from Gujarat , under Para . 7 of Ministry of Steel's Resolution dated 24th March , 2006.

Ordered that a copy of the above Resolution be communicated to all the State Governments .
