नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 23 नवम्बर. 2007 सं. 8-7/2006- यू-5 राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण संस्थान परिषद, हैदराबाद के संगम ज्ञापन के नियम 21 के तहत प्राप्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार डा. ए.एम. पठान, जो इस समय अतिरिक्त प्रभार संभाले है , के स्थान पर डा.एस.वी. प्रभात, आई.ए.एस. (छत्तीसगढ़, 1979) को उनके अपने वेतनमान में गैर-केन्द्रीय कर्मचारी स्कीम के तहत प्रतिनियुक्ति पर तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण संस्थान परिषद , हैदराबाद का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त करती है । यह तब से प्रभावी होगा जब वे राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण संस्थान परिषद के अध्यक्ष के रूप में अपना कार्यभार संभाल लेंगे ।

Pathan , holding additional charge , as the Chairman of the National Council of Rural Institutes , Hyderabad in his own pay and scale , on deputation under the Non- Central Staffing Scheme for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the Chairman , NCRI .
