एसबीडी क्र. 11/2007-08--भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ( समनुषंगी बैंक ) अधिनियम 1959 को धारा 29 , ( 1 ) के निबंधनानुसार भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने स्टेट बैंक ऑफ सौराष्ट्र के निदेशक मंडल से परामर्श करके तथा भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के अनुमोदन से श्री प्रतीप चौधुरी को कार्यग्रहण तिथि से एक साल को अवधि के लिए स्टेट बैंक ऑफ सौराष्ट्र के प्रबंध निदेशक पद पर नियुक्त किया है ।

सं. यू.16/53/2002 चि. 2/( राज. ) कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 105 के अधीन निगम को शक्तियां महानिदेशक को प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम को दिनांक 25 अप्रैल , 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गए संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या 1024 ( जी ) दिनांक 23.5.1983 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टर को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो, को राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त, जयपुर ( राज. ) द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों को स्वास्थ्य परीक्षा करने तथा मूल प्रमाण- पत्र को सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण - पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूं:--

57 अतएव , अब उक्त अधिनियम 1952 के परिच्छेद । के उप परिच्छेद (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त उपरोक्त संदर्भित स्थापनाओं पर उनके समक्ष निर्दिष्ट तिथियों से प्रभावी उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध एतद् द्वारा लागू करते हैं ।

सर्वसाधारण की सूचना के लिए अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि क. रा. बी. निगम ने 18.12.2007 की बैठक में निम्नलिखित संकल्प पारित किया: -
कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 की धारा 99 के अधीन उपबंधों के अनुसरण में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम एतद्वारा संकल्प करता है कि 31.12.2001 को अथवा पूर्व में रोजगार चोट के परिणामस्वरूप जनित अपंगता अथवा मृत्यु के मामलों में उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत स्वीकृत स्थाई अपंगता और आश्रितजन हितलाभों की आवधिक अदायगी की राशि प्रस्ताव में उल्लिखित सीमा तक बढ़ा दी जाएगी , जों निम्नानुसार है: -

सं. ए.यू./कमे.अनु./एस.टी. 30 ( 5 ) ए/2008 -- इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय , अधिनियम 2005 ( संख्या -26 , वर्ष -2005 ) के अनुभाग 28 ( 2 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विश्वविद्यालय कार्यपरिषद् ने 23 मई , 2006 को सम्पन्न वर्ष 2006 की अपनी दूसरी बैठक में विश्वविद्यालय के परिनियम 30(5 ) के उपखण्ड ( ii ) एवं ( iii ) , जो कि इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के सहयुक्त संस्थान के सम्बन्ध में है, को संशोधित/विलोपित किया है । इसे कुलाध्यक्ष के रूप में भारत के महामहिम राष्ट्रपति का अनुमोदन प्राप्त है, जो कि मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय के पत्र संख्या एफ. 32-11/2006- डेस्क ( यू) दिनांक 10 अगस्त, 2006 द्वारा उल्लिखित है ।

उपखण्ड ( ii ) ( iii ) की समाप्ति के बाद परिनियम 30 ( 5 ) को इस प्रकार पढ़ा जाय : --

" ऐसा कोई अधिकारी अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति या अन्यथा किन्हीं कारणों से सेवा के अवसान के पश्चात् अधिवक्ता के रूप में नामांकित होने पर ऐसे किसी न्यायिक, प्रशासनिक न्यायालयों/अधिकरणों/प्राधिकरणों में वकालत नहीं करेगा , जिसकी अध्यक्षता ऐसा पद जो ऐसे अधिकारी द्वारा अन्त में धारित किया गया था के समतुल्य या निचलें अधिकारी द्वारा की जा रही है । " स्पष्टीकरण: " अधिकारी के अन्तर्गत न्यायिक अधिकारी , राज्य या केन्द्रीय सेवाओं के अधिकारी और अधिकरणों या प्राधिकरणों के पीठासीन अधिकारी और सदस्य या अधिवक्ता अधिनियम , 1961 की धारा 30 ( ii ) के अधीन यथानिर्दिष्ट ऐसे अधिकारी शामिल होंगे । "

In exercise of the powers vested in it , under the provision of Section 28(2) of the University of Allahabad Act , 2005 (No. 26 of 2005 ) , the Executive Council of the University at its 2nd meeting of 2006 , held on 23rd May , 2006 had made amendments /deletion to the Clause ( ii) & (iii) of the Statute 30(5 ) of the University of Allahabad Act , 2005 concerning the Constituent Institutes. This has the approval of the Hon'ble President of India in his capacity as Visitor , as conveyed under the Ministry of Human Resource Development letter no . F.32-11 / 2006 - Desk ( U ) dated 10th August , 2006 .
Statute 30 (5 ) -Constituent Institutes
After deletion , the amended Clause ( ii ) & ( iii ) under the Statute 30 ( 5) reads as under : - ( i ) The Govind Ballabh Pant Social Science Institute , Allahabad.

Bar Council of India at its meeting held on 14.10.2007 passed Resolution No. 128/2007 amending Rule 7 , Chapter- III , Part-VI of the Rules of the Bar Council of India which is given below: -
Rule 7. " An officer after his retirement or otherwise ceasing to be in service for any reasons , if enrolled as an Advocate shall not practice in any of the Judicial , administrative Courts /Tribunals/ authorities , which are presided over by an officer equivalent or lower to the post which such officer last held . "
Explanation : " An officer shall include Judicial Officer, Officer from State or Central Services and Presiding Officers or Members of the Tribunals or Authorities or such Officers as referred under section 30 (ii) of the Advocates Act, 1961. "
