2. श्री विजय कुमार को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के लिए नियमानुसार 15 दिन का समय प्रदान किया गया है ।

No. 11 /2007-Admn.II.-The President is pleased to appoint Shri Som Dutt Sharma, Section Officer of CSS cadre of Ministry of Information & Broadcasting to the post of Research Officer in the IP &MC , Section in the Ministry on deputation basis in the pay scale of Rs . 6,500-200-10,500 , for a period of 3 years with effect from the forenoon of 18.01.2008 .

2. The pay & allowances of Shri Som Dutt Sharma , Research Officer will be regularized in accordance with the orders contained in the Department of Personnel & Training's O.M. No. 2/29 /91 - Estt . (Pay - II ) dated 05.01.94 as amended from time to time .

2. The promotion of Kuldip Singh - II will be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition No. 1230/1999 filed by the Union of India and Others in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi against the judgment delivered by the Central Administrative Tribunal Principal Bench , New Delhi , in the OA No. 266/94 and 267/94 filed by Shri A. K. Singhal and Prabhat Mohan and Others Vs. Union of India and Others .
