3. General Conditions ;

(i) No re-allotment requests will be considered within a period of one year. Leave taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one year period considering requests for re - allotment.

(ii) It is the officer's responsibility to send a copy of the charge report on assumption of charge on promoted post to APMG (Staff) C.O. Bhopal for record purpose.

(iii) If there are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaint, representations , if any, should be made within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.

(iv) A.D. (Staff) Indore will please issue posting orders in respect of the officials allotted to Indore Region .

(v) Officers should be relieved within 30 days from the date of issue of posting order .
