(ख ) प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्रेणी 1 और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्रेणी II से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 3 और 4 के सामने , स्तंभ 13 में, मद 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा ; अर्थात्:-
का.नि.आ. 09.- राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्रालय , नौसेना, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ( समूह " क " और " ख " पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Navy, Administrative Officers (Group ' A' and Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules , 2005 , namely :-
(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Navy, Administrative Officers Group 'A' andGroup ' B ' Posts Recruitment (Amend- ment) Rules, 2008 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the schedule to the Ministry ofDefence , Navy, Administrative Officers Group 'A ' and Group ' B ' Posts RecruitmentRules , 2005
(a) against serial number 1 , relating to the post of ChiefAdministrative Officer , in column 13, in item 3, for the words and brackets "Assistant Chief of Personnel (Civilian Personnel)" the words and brackets " Senior Principal Director (Civilians ) " shall be substituted;
(b) against serial number 3 and 4 , relating to the post of Administrative Officer Grade- I and Administrative Officer Grade- II , in column 13 for the item 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"1. Senior Principal Director (Civilians)Naval Headquarters-Chairman. "

का.नि.आ. 10.- राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्रालय , नौसेना, सम्पादक अनुवादक (रुसी अंग्रेजी ) समूह " क " भर्ती नियम 1993 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
(1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय , नौसेना, सम्पादक अनुवादक ( रुसी/अंग्रेजी ) समूह " क " पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 हैं ।

( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय , नौसेना, मौसेना जलराशि अधिकारी ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख " पद ) भर्ती ( संशोधन) नियम , 2008 है । (2) से राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, नौ सेना, जलराशि अधिकारी ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख " पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2006 की अनुसूची में, मुख्य सिविल जलराशि और उप मुख्य सिविल जलराशि अधिकारी से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 1 और 2 के सामने स्तम्भ 13 की मद (4 ) में " सहायक मुख्य कार्मिक ( सिविलियन ) " शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर, "ज्येष्ठ प्रधान निदेशक ( सिविलियन ) " शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;

(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette.

In the schedule to the Ministry ofDefence , Naval Hydrographic Officers (Group ' A' and Group ' B ' Posts) Recruitment Rules , 2006 , against serial numbers 1 and 2 relating to the posts of Chief Civil Hydrographic Officer and Deputy Chief Civil Hydrographic Officer , in column 13, in item (4), for the words and brackets "Assistant Chief ofPersonnel (Civilian ) " the words and brackets " Senior PrincipalDirector ( Civilians) " shall be substituted;
(a) against serial number 4 , relating to the posts ofCivil Hydrographic Officer , in column 13 , for the item ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

का.नि.आ. 24.- राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय नौसेना, प्रधान डिजाइन अधिकारी श्रेणी -1 ( समूह ' क' पद ) भर्ती नियम 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
का.नि.आ. 23.- राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नौसेना , समूह 'क ' राजपत्रित पद (ज्येष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम 1995 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय , भारतीय नौसेना, प्रधान डिजाइन अधिकारी श्रेणी-1 भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 हैं ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय , नौसेना, समूह ' क ' राजपत्रित पद ( ज्येष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 हैं ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
