Notice is hereby given for general information that the members of the Award Promoters Private Limited at an extraordinary meeting of the company held on Wednesday, the 20th February 2008 at its registered office , have passed the following special resolution to windup the above company voluntarily :
"RESOLVED that having regard to the declaration made by the Board of Directors dated 23rd January 2008 and delivered to the Registrar of Companies under section 488 of the Companies Act, 1956 , stating that the company would be able to pay its debts in full within a period of one year from the declaration hereof, the company having registered office at 405 Savitri Cinema Complex , DLF Centre , Greater Kailash Part- II , New Delhi - 110048 be wound up Voluntarily, pursuant to section 484 ( 1 )( b ) of the said Act .
FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Bharat Tandon be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company pursuant to provisions of Section 490 of the Companies
53 Act, 1956 at an aggregate remuneration of Rs . 10,000/- in addition to all his costs , charges and expenses , which he may be required to meet the expenses of the winding up .
